Heck honestly, I kinda wished Lilith showed up right when Luz was about to acid rain on Belos, yes she did that because she had the Titan's magic, and uses her magic to defeat Belos.
I know Amity would have wished to be there considering what Luz went through, plus it would have been poetic this did start with a witch and a human falling in love.
Any guilt Lilith might have about unknowingly helping Belos through time travel would be outweighed by her guilt over *knowingly* helping Belos for the 30-odd years leading up to that point.
This. If anything once she realized she punched her would be evil tyrant boss in the face a lot of other interactions with Belos would've made sense. I would not have been surprised if Belos had been a little extra petty to Lilith off screen.

There was also the one where Balos lears that light took up raining boxing, and switches her an Hunter schedules so she would no longer be able to train.

Lilith is a mature woman, she would realize that what they did was not their fault, that they could never know they were the same person and that precipitating his discovery of the light glyph and of the Collector probably would've changed nothing since he probaly would've done it either way in the span of 400 years.
Realistic version: She'd be upset and worry in the back of her mind about Luz. She went into "I'm an idiot" mode when she arrived at Eda's place but quickly sprung to Luz to help her out.
Less realistic version: She'd wish she punched him harder.
I think from the way Lilith like calling herself a lot of things after finding out from Owlbert about the draining spell and about Belos and Philip being one and the same she was probably feeling the same as Luz but Lilith is an adult and a mature woman she’d probably already knows that it wasn’t her fault and that there was no way she could’ve known Belos/Philip was the same person so she be able to tell she didn’t do wrong she was simply tricked just like Belos Tricks everyone he comes into contact with. Luz is still a kid so to her blaming herself was her way of punishing herself for helping Belos despite it being unintentional Luz needed the help of her friends and adults to finally realize that she and Belos’s goals don’t come from the same place and that she didn’t do anything wrong she was just being used by a delusional despotic witch hunter.
Her inability to process that might be part of the reason why she immediately started groveling when she found out King was a titan. Sure, the main reason for her change in behavior was because King being a titan means he's the son of the Boiling Isles, but maybe another part of it was because it was just something else to think about.

Lilith: (after learning that Belos was Philip Wittebane and Luz was indirectly responsible of her current predicament by helping him and set everything up into motion) So you're telling me, I did all of this, because of you?
Luz: No! Actually, it's not my fault! It's your fault, because you punched Philip in the nose and he started to hate witches! So blame yourself, not me!
Lilith: Yeah. It's a very nice excuse, and because you helped the human witch hunter meet the Collector and show him the glyph, he created the coven system that ruined our lives.
Luz: Well, not anymore, since he's gone and so is the coven system. Everything is back to normal. And besides, you've reconciled with Eda.
Lilith: Luz! I've been ignored by my parents! I've cursed my sister! And I've even shared the curse with her! All thanks to you!
Luz: (sheepishly) I'm sorry...
Lilith: (turns into Raven Beast form) Sorry doesn't cure our curses now!
Luz: (now terrified) Gah! I told you that I'm sorry!
Lilith: Well… (speaks in Amity's voice) Wake up!
Luz: Huh? (Dream fades and Luz starts to awake)
Amity: Luz, wake up!
(Luz opens her eyes and sees The Hexsquad around her in their room with concerned looks)
Luz: Guys? What's going on?
Amity: You were talking in your sleep. We were getting worried.
Luz: Sorry. It's no big deal, really.
Vee: Not sure about that, Luz. You were saying a lot of sad stuff.
Hunter: Speaking from experience along with actually getting to sleep in the human realm, that kind of nightmare isn't good.
Gus: You don't have to tell us what happened if you don't want to, but just know it wasn't real.
Willow: Yeah, the the truth is we're all here for you no matter what.
