I feel like I’m very much in the minority, but I just hate itchy and scratchy in general. They’re gross but also just not really very funny. IMO, an extreme version of Tom and Jerry is funny enough for a one-off gag, but not a recurring bit like that. Though the episodes about itchy and scratchy are good.
Me too! Can't stand Itchy and Scratchy. Find them gross. I get that's the joke that they're laughing so hard over extreme cartoon violence but it gets too much for me seeing even a cartoon cat getting brutally murdered.
