I personally love that he has it. Anything to avoid the debacle of his Why are Sundays So Depressing performance in Queens last summer ("like a bitch I sit"). That's one of my favorite songs and he butchered it - we need a redemption performance.

I donāt know, I saw them and he messed up on basically every song and made up his own lyrics. I liked it, it made it my own(and every other concert goers) personal experience. If I wanted a perfect rendition Iād listen in my car. I even YouTube the concert sometimes to relive/hear it

You know every single lyric to every single strokes song? I donāt believe that tbh. Especially if you donāt even consciously listen to them anymore. Itās completely normal for musicians to forget the lyrics and to refresh their memory of the set list before a gig.

Yeah. Iād say a lot of songs I āknowā the lyrics to but in reality some lines I will have to wait like a millisecond to remember which line it was or the first word and then after the first word know the rest of the lyric. I bet itās even harder with a live band and not any assistance. Also, at one time I knew every singe lyric to blue album by weezer but that took so long and after a few months of not listening to them I forgot a good amount of it. You really gotta stay consistent. At least how it works for me
