Loafers. You can go basically any color. Black and sleek will be most formal, whereas a fun color and/or rounded will be more casual. I wouldn’t go all the way to a beefroll, nor would I do a tan, but other than that, this is basically a blank canvas.
Agreed on loafers/moccasins as an option, but also some kind of more elegant fisherman sandals can look so good with a summery suit. Either black or some shade of brown that fits tonally with the suit. Same with some more elegant huaraches, but I'd go fisherman sandals over huaraches.
