When Eric throws up during the My Dad Lets Me Eat My Boogs Kid's Break. It's already the grossest sketch and then he throws up and breakdances in the pool of throw up.
Oh man I was gonna say this one too. However, the end makes it so stupid and worth it. The very last couple lines makes the whole episide worth holding on to your feet in a dumbass way.
The way the kid just instantly accepts his drowning dad and asks about the toes!
I love how these resemble "badly written" Twilight Zone, with character motivations that just don't make sense.

He goes to the dumpster and is eating seafood from the trash bags. Particularly already eaten shrimp with just the tails left. I was eating while that was happening.
Or the episode where he sees Jan and Wayne through a telescope and Wayne’s helping Jan wipe herself

As much as I like the show I have to skip through so much of the gross out stuff. I know that's such a huge percentage so it's kind of weird to be a fan and dislike something so prominent but when it's not gross out humor it makes me laugh hysterically, so it makes up for it in enjoyment. I just can't look at the screen sometimes tbh. Though physically gagging from just seeing or thinking something doesn't happen to me that often and I don't remember Tim and Eric ever making that happen to me it still really makes me uncomfortable but sometimes I still laugh at those parts because it's just so ridiculous. Even if it doesn't make me gag directly though it makes me feel kind of nauseous to think about a lot of the gross stuff.
