Bob Druwing’s a super nice guy! Years back, I added him and a bunch of other T&E alumni on Facebook and once I added him, he messaged me and said he loved the Telecaster I was playing in my profile pic :)
Adding David Liebe Hart also led to him (actually his manager who ran his page) messaging me and asking if there was a good venue in the area that David could perform. So I said of course, and that I would love for my punk band to open up for him and it ended up working out great!
We even got to chauffeur him around for the day and I have tons of insane and ridiculous stories about the experience of that weekend! So long story short: if you know of any bit actors/minor celebrities, add them on social media and you might get to enjoy some cool interactions with ‘em!
