Only the person to whom the ticket is personalized to can get a new bracelet. The old one would be invalidated. So if you are thinking of giving it to someone else and getting a new one afterwards, that's not how it works. 😉
Then you block it in the app immediately and go to will call to get new one (will need ID and ticket). they will transfer unspent pearls. the person that got inside would not be able to buy anything after its blocked and if they went to get help for it they would be booted.
In case your bracelet gets stolen you should immediately deactivate it in your tomorrowland account.
Not only is this saving your pearls (those are normally the first target in such cases) it also is making sure you are able to get a replacement.
Otherwise if you are not able to get to will call before the stolen bracelet was used for entry they might not be able to replace the bracelet until it checked out from the festival again.
I don't want to make anyone panik but please don't think you can as easily trick the system as giving the bracelet to a friend and then simply replacing that bracelet and join after him. This won't work!

Staff is generally really helpfull and will most likely be able to figure something out but they also have delt with all kinds of people trying to play their system for quite some time :D
even in the event of the bracelet having been used by someone else to enter the festival? what if they suspect you of what the commenter above you mentioned? will they still replace your bracelet as long as you just have id?
Of course will they be suspicious. Especially when you are outside and not inside the festival.
Just a guess, but in their place I‘d block the bracelet and allow you re-entering from the next day onwards

With the pdf and your id you can always get a replacement, the original will get deactivated immediatly if you didn´t do that in the app already.
