Explanation for those who aren't history geeks like me: "Little Boots" translates into the more well-known name "Caligula". A man it was a bad idea to make fun of. He killed a priest instead of the sacrificial bull for the lols. He also implemented awful punishments for minor crimes that upset him, such as death for saying "goat" in his presence. (He was hairy af.)
