I agree it's hard to believe - I've seen the costume. But even if it's not true, I think people not only can but are almost guaranteed to change in ten years.
I find it equally hard to believe that someone who made their account in March not long after the March 6th UCSD SJP protest that was one of if not the biggest protest in UCSD history, with a username clearly meant to be incendiary to protesters (accusing them of being Nazis), is being intellectually honest about having attended three UCs and actively posting to four UC subreddits.
