They have gusto’s downstairs all the time I thought. Are you referring to sushi being served upstairs in the dining hall?? If so I definitely missed out my during my dining hall days.
so, it is def hard to find, but it is served after 4 pm on Sundays. it’s at the same little island as the salad bar is, next to where they serve the prepared salads (across from just veggies). they have california rolls, spicy california rolls, and cucumber rolls. also not sure how long it usually lasts bc i only just figured out where it was very recently bc it is well hidden, lol.
It went very fast the first two weeks, and they didn't seem to have replacements once the first batch was gone, but I did notice yesterday it lasted a bit longer. If you're dead-set on getting some I'd get there before 5, but I got there around 6 last night and there was still plenty.
