you can't, these companies have a way to know it's your account/or you created a new account through tags and shít. You'd be unavailable to use your account again unless you settle the chargeback

Maybe but it hasn’t let me in the past. I got a email from them about the charge back and they’d let me get the account back if i paid the amount i owed (in my case it was like $23) but that would defeat the purpose of the charge back so i just switched to doordash and for ubereats i used my ipad with different information since they ban your device as well.

(2) Driver only had one order...If drivers don't see how drivers could make this mistake, then they haven't been driving with Uber long enough or during what I call forced delivery attempts, for no money orders...Uber is trying something that the app is not equipped to handle.

THE RUNDOWN: It is an app issue, not necessarily a driver issue...Uber will give a driver 1 order to pick up and then add a second as driver is enroute to pick up the first order, but they dont give the driver the address to the second pick up right away. Driver has time to check addresses when sitting in the store waiting, but Uber doesn't display addresses until start of each delivery. Driver clears out of both pick ups because it looks like he is still in the first pick up...anyway, the separation point isn't distinct enough on batched orders, and phone is on high sensitivity setting. Some stores have numbers, not names. This particular error happens on batched orders, (which could also be for separate stores or vendors). Driver ends up taking food to the second delivery address that was for the first address and never picked up the food for the second delivery. If Uber would be forthcoming with addresses this would happen less. With Uber, it is more difficult to catch an error. I made a mistake on a batched order once and have almost done it on multiple occasions, when I pick them up while moving at a faster pace. I am listening and driving, not looking at my phone as I drive but checking the directions before I drive. On this order, customer kept talking about McDonald's, at the delivery address, when he got the wrong order?????. I ONLY HAD ONE. Customer thought I must have mis delivered or ate his food... can't eat McDonald's food but.never saw his pick up, when I left the first store, so thought it was removed from the app. His name mattered at the first pick up...name wasn't on the bag, but waitress handed me the order, and his was the only visible name I saw on the app, but that name was for the second pick up, his. I called customer service after I realized something went wrong. They said I had two deliveries. What happened to the first drop off address, and what happened to the second pick up address? Most drivers can answer this in two distinct ways...next scenario driver goes to the store expecting the second delivery that app just notified as a pick up at the same stop. Driver gets to the pick up, picks up first order, remembers the second name because it isn't visible now but second delivery is not ready. Store employee thinks driver is full of it because there is no name to see when driver shows the app to the employee. There is nit a visible accept delivery for the first delivery that was picked up. DRIVER thinks it was removed from the app, when store doesnt recognize the name given, nor sees it. Driver doesn't see it after multiple swipes. Driver gets in the car, selects directions for first delivery and second deluvery pops up, (faster drivers will get into trouble with this one) because they will have already left the parking lot). Seasoned drivers understand the Uber app better. I Just gave you two scenarios, in which, this could have happened. Many complaining customers see drivers as thieves vs drivers doing a legitimate job Sometimes the Uber rep calls when the driver is still active within the delivery(distance deliveries because a customer calls), but normally nobody calls the driver. Driver could be legitimately confused or just moving on because time is money, and because going back to a customer's house could become a safety issue for the driver. Driver never knows what happened until customer comes out and says you gave them the wrong food. Driver could have tapped all the way out of both orders, thinking one was an app error. This is probably what has happened when a driver gets to a store and rep says order was picked up already, when it is actually still in the store Third issue: Uber sends the orders that they want delivered and are not forthciming about distances until order is accepted. It is almost the same with all addresses, with the encryption of distance and pay...The distance and pay is combined, but I have seen the mileage longer than what was expected too. I will re- route it to the shorter distance outside of the app. The tipper is usually closer than the no money order. I have seen them at 0, or low cents. which is why the amount is hidden until the first delivery is made, ,or when both are picked up... sometimes, the driver still doesn't know which address had the tipper. Maybe a part of the delivery was left by another driver and customer still wanted missed food or drink. This matters to most drivers because we can't do this JOB for free or at a loss. Nobody is picking up certain orders for that reason. This is not a regular 9 to 5. Drivers are business owners who get tax breaks like a buisness. Instead of paying drivers, Uber does what I call rapid fire deliveries for the sane reason, and that is to force a delivery acceptance. This causes driver distraction when trying to deliver orders. UBER needs to work on the app in a way that benefits Uber Eats drivers, Uber should have address transparency before the order is acceoted and after just like Door Dash. The in app navigation needs to be a few beats faster. The dings are too high pitched, so driver can't hear directions. I switch to outside navigation to avoid the distraction. My take: Uber is not working on the address issue because their aim is to get drivers to take the orders of non tipping customers. Drivers actually recognize difficult deliveries and none tippers...Uber has started hiding more because now the driver doesn't visually know which customer is not tipping on the dual orders. Believe it or not, delivery driving is a skill. Just because people drive everyday, does not mean that they are good drivers. . Most do not want to lose their job. THINK ABOUT WHAT COULD BE CAUSING DRIVER ERROR ON Uber Eats. The app is not user friendly in many scenarios.

Not the card it's the bank the cards issued through and pretty sure all brick and mortar banks have a charge back fee. These online banks are good for not doing charge back fees but suck at getting money when I need it without a fee so I'll stick to my brick and mortar bank.

I work for a bank and what that person thinks a charge back fee is, is not a charge back fee. A charge back fee is when you write a check to someone, they cash it, and you don't have the money so the check is charged back. Or if you cash a check and the other person doesn't have the funds to cover it. It's never charged for a debit card purchase. In this case, you would just file a claim and there is no fee for a claim.

Did you tip? And also, if you have complained too many times about orders or not getting things you won’t get any more refunds, no matter the reason. With that being said though, I always double check the names on the bag before dropping off, especially on double orders.

Well, to begin with I would never deliver a no tip order. I just wouldn’t accept it. But if you did tip, they would be more likely to go back and get it for you. But they certainly don’t have to.
