hot take of the century but i find both bosses of p-1 harder than their p-2 counterparts, though it is kinda given with prison and panopticon. but actual level is more than enough to make it miles harder
how is this opinion so agreed with sisyphus is very clearly harder than minos that should be obvious, if you're saying this because sisyphus took less time/restarts that's because you got better at the game and you got used to the prime soul formula with minos not because the boss is easier
It's easier to parry Sisyphus from what I've seen.
In Violent you don't need to parry because Minos gives you enough breathing room, while Sisyphus demands you learn what moves you can parry to beat him.
In Brutal, Minos doesn't give you said breathing room, so you're now forced to learn what moves are parriable. Meanwhile, Sisyphus moves faster but you already knew how to parry him.
As someone who punch onlys both of them for fun (just the bosses not the whole stage) minos is mikes easier than sisyphus, i imagine you just were forced to completely learn sisyphus’ patterns while you’re still kinda winging it from some of minos’
It's easy. The only reason I didn't pass it the first time is because I'm P% No Damage (or U% if someone remembers this mod, U and P + No Damage is the same thing), and since Minos became faster, I was taking damage because I didn't adapt to the new timings. Although, I can’t deny that it has become more difficult, but it depends on who. For some, it may even have become even easier, but for others, it has become an unbearable challenge. Good luck P-ranking P-1 on Brutal anyway!

the only reason i think i find minos easier than sisyphus is because minos gives you a projectile to parry which makes healing so much easier imo
Also no constant explosions on phase 2, unlike sisyphus.
