Hopefully, still a little weird, the people on twitter are more concerned about how merg is a pretty big figure in the UT community which means even if his older audience grows up, he probably still has a fan base with a lot of minors, and his gooning stuff keeps getting progressively weirder. The first few jokes like the 50k one are admittedly funny but it’s been getting weirder
I honestly don’t think the growing with his audience works here, he’s been on YouTube for a long time that’s for sure but his content was mostly the same which is gaming, which probably attracts audiences of minors

Peoples are also very opportunistic to cancel peoples over smallest things. Seen it happen a couple of times.
