Honestly these designs make them look more human than anything, some people make it so that the human forms resemble the skeleton form, which is weird. Yeah they have very goofy faces and all in their skeleton forms, but if you were to design human forms they would look like, a bit less goofy - which you did here. I like that human sans wears a beanie and it covers his eyes and forehead, and that papyrus looks like a buff himbo

I feel my original papyrus failed in that regard, which is why I changed the T-shirt I originally gave him into the armor piece. I just felt it fit him since he's such a goofy guy LOL

For me, sans will always be a pale (Papyrus too) 45 - 50 y.o. fat man and if there is no crocs, I REFUSE TO SEE IT

I always thought of them as pale skin, but I guess that's because they're white skeletons, so my brain just associates it, but I can actually imagine Papyrus as a black man, just not Sans 🤔

I think they would be pale since skeletons don't uave pretty much blood and it would be the closest to canon

i think the design motif works fantastically! unless they're the only poc/black people in the underground (there's no way) then it works pretty well to identify them as brothers, considering they look similar and have similar looking hair vs the durag, where, unless one of them tells you, it'd probably be a bit difficult to tell.
