Hinder is the reason Frisk climbed the literal DEATH MOUNTAIN OF DOOM where anybody that goes in never comes back and is also the prison of the scary monsters from a century ago. They climbed that bitch just to get away from them, and Hinder still found them somehow. They'd prefer the daemons that are supposedly in the mountain and, upon actual inspection of the mountain's contents, Asriel "Flowey the Flower" Dreemurr, the guy who killed so many people he got bored of it but then immediately jumps onto killing them because they're new to the time loop that is the Underground, to their sibling.
