YdexKtesi

dang when did these guys get serious

klmdwnitsnotreal

Did they just want to kill my mood so fucking early in the morning?

harsh_is_coding

Why are you scrolling reddit early in the morning ?

YdexKtesi

Why are you replying to comments so early in the morning?

harsh_is_coding

Different timezones

YdexKtesi

Why are times zoning so early in the morning?

DRiVkiL

šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ You comment make my day!

harsh_is_coding

Bro šŸ™‚

Pretend_Distance_937

Stop bro-ing so early in the morning, damn what's wrong with this generation

the-friendly-lesbian

I have no friends or life

Petepistol13

But youā€™re so friendly

tspruill

Right I was waiting for the punchline

NothingProlly

"It's not the heat that gets you, IT'S THE HUMIDITY" that's where I know this family from

PenaEterna

This is how getting older works. You always see yourself young. Now I'm in tears.

ice_ape

Almost in tears too

KingBooRadley

I would be if my 53 year old eyes could still produce tears. . .

chowyungfatso

Honestly, I canā€™t wait for my dinner specials to kick in. Almost every country has some form of accommodations for the elderly; cheap public transportation (e.g., we just got back from a vacation in Japan and HK and they both had a very low-cost pass for their public transportation, which is EXCELLENT), meal specials, public services, etc. Iā€™m working even harder now so I can retire earlierā€”all while watching my health. Sure, it sucks to get older but Iā€™m appreciating these naps. lol

wvmitchell51

Naps are nice.

[deleted]

Yeah this really hit hard.

HelloAttila

Yup, just lost our grandmother 104, she died the day after Motherā€™s Day. Still looked young.

Japanesewillow

Isnā€™t that the truth?

n3ur0chrome

Crying in how tf am I 50 šŸ˜

BartOseku

Contrary to popular belief, aging doesnt make you any less cool

chowyungfatso

Very true, Iā€™ve picked up so many more ā€œlife skillsā€ now than when I was in my 30ā€™s, and even 40ā€™s, etc.

dantakesthesquare

lik if u cry everytim

robertwild81

It's the New Balance total give away.

KTO-Potato

I was thinking the whole time "so he's finally become the dad by wearing the shoes"

chowyungfatso

lol. I see lots of people of different ages wearing. New Balance.

klmdwnitsnotreal

I've been wearing them since the 90s, I've always been old.

TheVoidSprocket

Well that was unexpectedly depressing.

nerdiotic-pervert

Hopes deleted

LSTNYER

Even worse when you go to rewatch and see the old man in the reflections

chowyungfatso

Damn. Good catch. I never notice details like this. Iā€™ll probably have to watch it a few more times then. lol

PM-ME-UR-FAV-ALBUM

also when he picks the coin up off the ground itā€™s the older manā€™s hand

MurderSheCroaked

Wow that was a great catch!

DrBabs

And little cuts he is older too. Just when you see him across the street for a second, when he is drinking coffee with his hands, on the phone before being shown the photo, etc. Itā€™s all very subtle.

Cabitaa

He's also visible just after the coffee drinking scene. You can see his whole body except for his face behind the sign in the restaurant.

Bonovox4043

I seen this the other day and didn't notice. I watched it again today and did...I'm glad you caught it too!! It's those little things!

joemaav

This hits me hard. Whyyyyyyy

klmdwnitsnotreal

We are all going to die.

Mage-of-communism

This strikes a similar vein as the one post about alzheimer's on r/comics, such a terrible thing

Chrispy0074

Which one was that? I'm on a feels train.

ObesePudge

There is no unexpected.... only sadness

theflickingnun

It's exactly how I feel. Still feel like I'm 25.

Why_No_Hugs

I still feel like Iā€™m 27, fresh out of the USMC. Realityā€¦ much much older.

SeedManJones96

Hey someone give this person a hug šŸ˜

Why_No_Hugs

Thatā€™s what Iā€™m saying!

ChewML

My grandpa had Alzheimer's. This made me wonder if this is how he felt when he would live in flashbacks. I was not expecting to feel anything today...

birdy1962

Iā€™m 61 and recently diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. Watching this is the first thing that has made my heart freeze up since doctor told me diagnosis two months ago.

ChewML

I hope you are surrounded by people who love you.

Marc-The-Merc_

Bro.. that hit HARD!

Dizzy_Bit6125

This is one of the most real videos I have seen in awhile. Time goes away so fast.

grumpykixdopey

I got to see my grandpa a couple weeks ago, 97 years young, went out to breakfast/lunch and got his toes and nails did. Lol. He is adorable and a treasure and still manages to sleep by himself, so I figure he is doing alright. Even still knew my name while I was there which was the biggest gift of all to me. I hope I get to see him for his birthday :).

chowyungfatso

This is awe inspiring. Seriously. My fiendā€™s mom is 90 and still going strong.

playffy

Ok, thanks. This video makes me really sad.

chowyungfatso

Sorry to hear that. Live your best life. Youā€™re only as old as how you feel. My best friendā€™s mom is like 90 and sheā€™s still as vibrant and in constant motion. Sure sheā€™s slowed down a bit physically, but very mentally sharp.

YoRt3m

I feel like I don't share the atmosphere with the rest of the comments section. the video delivers the message very badly and not relatable at all

dantakesthesquare

It's some hallmark movie channel tlc daytime drama nonsense

bajungadustin

I like their other videos better.. They don't make me feel like getting old is depressing as shit.

DustyCoffee76

Well thanks for hitting me with a wave of emotions first thing in the morning.

plumpsquirrell

The voice over ruins this.

Idontlikethissorry

Wtf?!

AlmanzoWilder

Fuck youth.

TuunDx

Cmon, this was supposed to be a comedy sketch...

poizen-ivy

The male ego in full flight. šŸ¤£

Puzzled-Story3953

The reflection in the window was a great touch!

chuchon06

The reflection on the restaurant front before he goes in is of the old man, nice touch

chowyungfatso

Yeah. Someone pointed it out earlier. Seriously I didnā€™t notice.

Obvious_Income676

Super gemacht ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|give_upvote)

SeedManJones96

Holly shit thatā€™s honestly terrifying

essent1al_AU

Bruh

_Cybernaut_

Big OOF. As a redditor whoā€™s age starts with a ā€œ6ā€ this really hits.

dantakesthesquare

This is some Facebook level live laugh love beat

elenorfighter

But it is nice to see the people around him offering help.

Chrome_CW

As I get older, it really does feel this way. Of course in my case, I'm only 52. But when my parents were 52, they seemed old to me ;)

Infinite_Site_3941

So is this what Mike Tyson feels going into Jake Paul fight

monkeyhoward

I turned 59 this year and this is already true for me. This hits hard

hakim_tahir

The details in this video is superb tho. The mirror reflection

Hot_Huckleberry5208

Reddit dropping them truth bombs about life

Welady

This is how I feel looking in the mirror. I donā€™t feel as old as I look, as old as I am. In my mind, Iā€™m still half my real age.

GokusTheName

Fuck this makes me think of my dad..

chiefkogo

How is this unexpected?

Itool4looti

I posted in the other thread I'm 65 going on 30.

Destrova1001

Ugly crying here

Wooden-Wolverine-818

I had to see this on my birthday. That hurt a bit.

chowyungfatso

Happy birthday!

scottyleeokiedoke

Neat

Superb-Sprinkles-799

PrinceAhmed1

This father son duo makes the best content šŸ˜

ClamDandyMan

No way that guy is 84! Maybe 74, but he looks like he's in his 60s to me

AxleSpark

How millennials be feeling

stuxinator

goddamn right in the feels. I knew it was coming and it still got me...

Somepony-Else

I saw it coming, and it still hits the feels, man.
