Honestly, I canāt wait for my dinner specials to kick in. Almost every country has some form of accommodations for the elderly; cheap public transportation (e.g., we just got back from a vacation in Japan and HK and they both had a very low-cost pass for their public transportation, which is EXCELLENT), meal specials, public services, etc. Iām working even harder now so I can retire earlierāall while watching my health. Sure, it sucks to get older but Iām appreciating these naps. lol
And little cuts he is older too. Just when you see him across the street for a second, when he is drinking coffee with his hands, on the phone before being shown the photo, etc. Itās all very subtle.
Iām 61 and recently diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. Watching this is the first thing that has made my heart freeze up since doctor told me diagnosis two months ago.
I got to see my grandpa a couple weeks ago, 97 years young, went out to breakfast/lunch and got his toes and nails did. Lol. He is adorable and a treasure and still manages to sleep by himself, so I figure he is doing alright. Even still knew my name while I was there which was the biggest gift of all to me. I hope I get to see him for his birthday :).
Sorry to hear that. Live your best life. Youāre only as old as how you feel. My best friendās mom is like 90 and sheās still as vibrant and in constant motion. Sure sheās slowed down a bit physically, but very mentally sharp.

dang when did these guys get serious
Did they just want to kill my mood so fucking early in the morning?
Why are you scrolling reddit early in the morning ?
Why are you replying to comments so early in the morning?
Different timezones
Why are times zoning so early in the morning?
š¤£š¤£ You comment make my day!
Bro š
Stop bro-ing so early in the morning, damn what's wrong with this generation
I have no friends or life
But youāre so friendly
Right I was waiting for the punchline
"It's not the heat that gets you, IT'S THE HUMIDITY" that's where I know this family from
This is how getting older works. You always see yourself young. Now I'm in tears.
Almost in tears too
I would be if my 53 year old eyes could still produce tears. . .

Naps are nice.
Yeah this really hit hard.
Yup, just lost our grandmother 104, she died the day after Motherās Day. Still looked young.
Isnāt that the truth?
Crying in how tf am I 50 š
Contrary to popular belief, aging doesnt make you any less cool
Very true, Iāve picked up so many more ālife skillsā now than when I was in my 30ās, and even 40ās, etc.
lik if u cry everytim
It's the New Balance total give away.
I was thinking the whole time "so he's finally become the dad by wearing the shoes"
lol. I see lots of people of different ages wearing. New Balance.
I've been wearing them since the 90s, I've always been old.
Well that was unexpectedly depressing.
Hopes deleted
Even worse when you go to rewatch and see the old man in the reflections
Damn. Good catch. I never notice details like this. Iāll probably have to watch it a few more times then. lol
also when he picks the coin up off the ground itās the older manās hand
Wow that was a great catch!
And little cuts he is older too. Just when you see him across the street for a second, when he is drinking coffee with his hands, on the phone before being shown the photo, etc. Itās all very subtle.
He's also visible just after the coffee drinking scene. You can see his whole body except for his face behind the sign in the restaurant.
I seen this the other day and didn't notice. I watched it again today and did...I'm glad you caught it too!! It's those little things!
This hits me hard. Whyyyyyyy
We are all going to die.
This strikes a similar vein as the one post about alzheimer's on r/comics, such a terrible thing
Which one was that? I'm on a feels train.
There is no unexpected.... only sadness
It's exactly how I feel. Still feel like I'm 25.
I still feel like Iām 27, fresh out of the USMC. Realityā¦ much much older.
Hey someone give this person a hug š
Thatās what Iām saying!
My grandpa had Alzheimer's. This made me wonder if this is how he felt when he would live in flashbacks. I was not expecting to feel anything today...
Iām 61 and recently diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. Watching this is the first thing that has made my heart freeze up since doctor told me diagnosis two months ago.
I hope you are surrounded by people who love you.
Bro.. that hit HARD!
This is one of the most real videos I have seen in awhile. Time goes away so fast.

This is awe inspiring. Seriously. My fiendās mom is 90 and still going strong.
Ok, thanks. This video makes me really sad.

I feel like I don't share the atmosphere with the rest of the comments section. the video delivers the message very badly and not relatable at all
It's some hallmark movie channel tlc daytime drama nonsense
I like their other videos better.. They don't make me feel like getting old is depressing as shit.
Well thanks for hitting me with a wave of emotions first thing in the morning.
The voice over ruins this.
Wtf?!
Fuck youth.
Cmon, this was supposed to be a comedy sketch...
The male ego in full flight. š¤£
The reflection in the window was a great touch!
The reflection on the restaurant front before he goes in is of the old man, nice touch
Yeah. Someone pointed it out earlier. Seriously I didnāt notice.
Super gemacht ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|give_upvote)
Holly shit thatās honestly terrifying
Bruh
Big OOF. As a redditor whoās age starts with a ā6ā this really hits.
This is some Facebook level live laugh love beat
But it is nice to see the people around him offering help.
As I get older, it really does feel this way. Of course in my case, I'm only 52. But when my parents were 52, they seemed old to me ;)
So is this what Mike Tyson feels going into Jake Paul fight
I turned 59 this year and this is already true for me. This hits hard
The details in this video is superb tho. The mirror reflection
Reddit dropping them truth bombs about life
This is how I feel looking in the mirror. I donāt feel as old as I look, as old as I am. In my mind, Iām still half my real age.
Fuck this makes me think of my dad..
How is this unexpected?
I posted in the other thread I'm 65 going on 30.
Ugly crying here
I had to see this on my birthday. That hurt a bit.
Happy birthday!
Neat
hits hard n deep
This father son duo makes the best content š
No way that guy is 84! Maybe 74, but he looks like he's in his 60s to me
How millennials be feeling
goddamn right in the feels. I knew it was coming and it still got me...
I saw it coming, and it still hits the feels, man.
