When you shoot a prelude bullet, 2 sounds are playing, the second sound is smaller, more like an "echo" of the first sound. That makes the gun feel heavier and spam more "stable" to me, nearly like an odin.
Yeah, it's all personal preference that we're talking about. I bought the xerofang and I love it, but I never bought the prelude vandal, so every match that I get hold of it is a special one.

Tbh I just like cute flowery skins. For example Love the mistbloom and gaia's bundles. I would love to see a frosted touched flower or watery themed one in a similar nature-like vibe. (Kinda like Holomoku but more fleshed out in the animation and finisher area.)
I exclusively bought recon and infantry, I don't play much now but most of my guns actually look like real guns and that's just how I like it

Hated skins, honestly thought was a waste of money, saw kuronami, still thought was waste of money. Randomly saw it on store one day, checked kuronami online, fell in love with it and bought it. Still don't regret it. One of the best skins i have seen in the game

I like the Araxys Vandal a lot and used it since I got it. But recently I got back from inactivity and use my Champions Vandal skin instead. Everyone is freaking out and want me to drop it. It's so funny. My random teammates are super happy about it. So I started playing it more now. I love the music and kill sound of it but didn't touch the skin for a while. It's nice seeing people getting happy about a skin though.
I was never skin focused myself as to ask people for their skin (prolly privileged enougn to just buy the skins I like), so I will never feel it myself but I gladly make people happy who get happy over skins.
But what's the deal with the first champion skin? People even asked me if I bought my account or bought the skins myself. Is it that popular now?
I prefer thin and sharp looking designs like Gaia's Vandal, Forsaken vandal and Kuronami, though some of my favourite skins are bulky like Prelude vandal and Recon phantom.

I like the guns that look like actual weapons, i think they look cooler and more badass , i think the most recent drop has too much stuff going on but it sounds good and the finisher is fire. The mysticbloom is pretty not really my taste. The skull looking one isnt bad too kinda meh, i think the og ones are the best.

The new Aemondir pack is actually totally my jam, apart from the bayonet (which I love) it's not flashy, it's bulky and feels made for war, and the sound effects are so CHONK I love it, I dislike some of "laser" skins because it just doesn't feel as impactful as an actual bullet.
The only part I don't fully like is that it does feel like "Arcane-y", like if it was Magitech, and I prefer a more modern feel, still though, awesome skin.
And another set of skins I really enjoy are the Kuronami, I really want those.

Kuronami is my #1 atm, even though it sounds more like default vandal compared to, for example, Prime. Mainly because the animations and reload animation is top tier.
For me headshot sounds on primarys are really important as ive found with the reaver and prime. Missed out on reaver vandal but i always pick it up as its so simple and clean. On the knife front i usually go for animations and anything that you can spam inspect with. Kuronami for example is soo nice but the inspect sucks lol
Neo frontier sherriff and marshall are soo clean and two of my favorites for their insane animations.
I just want specifically a clean draw animation.
I just like to switch between the gun and the knife on repeat and it brings me joy if there's a good animation for it
