-Be critical of yourself -record your games -Spend time in the labs dont just mindlessly queue put some extra time i to watching pro film and mastering your agent in custom games

Watch videos on peeking and crosshair placement. Practice them in dm. Learn how to consistently aim while moving so you can aim, stop, shoot instead of stop, aim, shoot. Makes you WAY harder to hit. Stick to 2 shots bursts at the head and IMMEDIATELY strafe after those shots repeating the aim, stop, shoot drill. I went from silver to plat just from this stuff.
