I recommend cooling the pepperoni on a skillet first before putting it on a pizza :) helps it with the flavour and sticking to the pizza. (As you may have noticed, unless you were lucky, it probably didn't tear apart easily if you bit into it.)

No using it again, I just bought the impossible one for next time
Not sure I understand your statement. But if impossible™️ has its own pepperoni then I'd assume my advice would still be applicable.
