4 cups of Bread Flour, 2 cups of water, salt, olive oil, and 1 package of active yeast. Let it rise for 4 hours( sometimes I let it rise in the fridge overnight)

I recommend cooling the pepperoni on a skillet first before putting it on a pizza :) helps it with the flavour and sticking to the pizza. (As you may have noticed, unless you were lucky, it probably didn't tear apart easily if you bit into it.)
