It is... unlikely... that you will get the MH to work with Mac. USCutter states it's not compatible, and they don't support it on the Mac, but I've see folks use it successfully with the Sure Cuts a Lot Pro software before.
Just remember that Software isn't refundable, so you would have to be ok with that gamble.
Otherwise, I think their SC2 or Laserpoint 3 are Mac compatible.

Also it does not contour cut so you are probably not going to want that cutter
