I’m not that much older (29) and in the same boat. Though through my studies of psychology I have found that I personally show symptoms of emotional neglect, avoidant attachment, and emotional numbness/blunting. I intend on seeking help when my ADHD will let me. Look up some of this stuff and if it hits home seek some help friend. It’s because of this beautiful show that I really dove into the problem.
