These aren’t really ‘full meals’ but just more of things you can add to what you’re already working with: Pickled onions, pickled red onions Low calorie wrap with marinara / pizza sauce, low cal cheese (or a small amount of normal cheese) and some veggies for topping. Could switch it up and cut up with low cal wrap and air fry it to make tortilla chips so it’s kinda like those pizza lunchables with the crackers. If you didn’t wanna use cheese at all you could just sprinkle nutritional yeast on top.

Mexican bean salad bowls are a summer go to: - spinach - tomato -cucumber - 1/2 tin of black beans cooked with paprika, cumin, hot sauce, tomato paste, lime juice (you can meal prep a few tins of this for the week) - soft boiled egg - Greek yogurt (sub for sour cream), cheese, pickled onions, jalapeños You can do lots of different swaps and subs to get to the right macros - more or less egg, add other veggies, spice the beans differently etc.

You could do a chicken salad with chickpeas instead of chicken using low fat Mayo and thin sliced bread. Egg salad could work too. I do a pita and hummus with veggies (cucumber and red pepper) The mission low carb tortillas are great and only 100 calories. That leaves a whole lot of room for veggies (avocado, mushrooms, cucumber, spinach, tomatoes, etc) and maybe some hard boiled egg or hummus for protein Bean burritos (refried beans) with low carb tortilla and low fat cheese. Spinach quesadillas ( use 1 burrito sized low carb tortilla and 1.5 oz low-fat cheese plus add beans for protein or a side of avocado/Guac for healthy fats) Avocado toast topped with fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and balsamic glaze (and maybe a fried egg) Lemon parsley bean salad with pita (I love the one on Cookie + Kate’s site) Rice cake, almond butter, and banana with a sprinkle of cinnamon

Greek salads are the best! Cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, bit of feta.. I do protein on side bc I like my salad on its own.

Eggs are wonderful as well. I love having deviled eggs for lunch but you can also make egg salad using Greek yogurt if you are looking for something packable. If you are home then options are endless as it opens the door to frittata, Shakshuka, and omelets, etc. Miniature pizzas are fun using either low-carb tortillas or portobellos. Caprese salad is another easy favorite.

I season the tofu cubes with nooch and vegeta vegetable broth seasoning. Bomb.com! I usually add fresh strawberries and yogurt with thawed frozen mixed berries, but those bring the total to 545 calories.
