[This](https://www.reddit.com/r/Volumeeating/s/UNphCuHYNQ) is my go to. Not being in the US I don’t have easy/affordable access to a lot of the low cal puddings and other bits people include to hack flavour and calories, so this is an easy, accessible and non-faffy way to get a decent tasting icecream with stacks of protein without forking out £100 on different ingredients from online American import shops.

I take a Fairlife core power vanilla shake, add sugar free vanilla pudding mix, a bit of monk fruit sweetener, and I add 6 drops of peppermint flavor. Freeze that, then I mix in some chopped dark chocolate after I blend it. Makes a great mint choc chip flavor! Also do the same base but add in some sugar free orange jello powder, it makes a flavor that is just like an orange creamsickle. Topped with some crushed pineapple or raspberries is really good! ETA: I also like to take the same base, and blend some frozen sweet dark cherries into it. After that’s blended I chop up the same cherries and some dark chocolate as a mix in and it makes a pretty good cherry Garcia flavor.
