Draft should be the second Smackdown - Third RAW after Mania, not after one month.
It definitely feels like a hangover from wrestlemania. But I like that it’s a month. If it was straight after then it would seem less important, gotta let the dust settle a bit before it gets shaken up.
Ye it's just that it makes all the shows between WM and the draft a bit pointless. Also it spells even more clearly the results of Backlash since the championships will end up on different brands generally speaking.
Once it's on Netflix, I won't need to pay for the Network anymore lmao. I could just stay up late, watch some Raw, Smackdown, NXT, etc since I believe that for Netflix in Ireland (which I think is connected to the UK one too), we get everything, not just Raw, which is fucking brilliant. I hate not having USA Network or whatever to watch it and soon, I'll get to whenever I want! That's what would, and will, make WWE perfect for me.

Also some matches feel more like a dance than wrestling. The tag team march between DIY-New Day-Creed Brothers to face Awesome Truth looked rehearsed and out of sync. Either choreograph it and nail the timing or take/sell the kicks and punches harder.
I’m in favor of a 2 hour Raw, particularly now that NXT gives air time exposure to the up and comers.
I don’t like the commercials during matches unless it is with the Picture in Picture feature. As has been mentioned, the commercials have gotten excessive.
Honestly, there’s not a lot of big stuff to complain about right now which is really cool. Always room for some improvement though.
I don't get how in this age of Audience sing along entrances, people are complaining about theme songs.
You currently get 70K plus going "WHOAAAAA" or "OOOOOOOOHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH........OOHHHHHOOOHHHHHHOHHHHHHH".

The themes are fine, you guys have just gotten used to these bombastic entrances. So much so that the entrances have taken over the scene. Wrestling is second. Presentation is king.
I think there are a lot of themes that need MASSIVE improvement, though there are some great ones that should be left alone such as Sami, Cody, Punk.
Some examples off the top of my head are Austin Theory, The Street Profits, Andrade and Carlito that have recently had their themes changed that are just straight up shit now. Most of these new themes are just *Spoken catchphrase* followed by a generic beat. The themes need more character
Make RAW two hours.
Better themes for the wrestlers and shows.
Train wrestlers in ring IQ. Too many spots look rehearsed.
Give the shows different tones and intro themes. Let RAW be the TV-14, adult show.
Make Smackdown the “primetime”, PG wrestling show.
Let NXT be the campy, YA show.
No more AR entrance models. If so, only use them in the main events, and only use animated logos like they do for Cody & Seth Rollins. No 15-ft Roman.
No part-timers. You're in or you're out.
No endless title reigns.

I think PL is doing a brilliant job. I thought the build to Wrestlemania was brilliantly executed and kept everyone guessing. I personally dont LOVE all the focus on tag team action and smaller high flying lucha type wrestlers but thats just me. I also think there are far too many factions and match interference meaning some top class wrestlers are getting lost in all the stables.
Criminal underuse and missmanagement of Shinsuke Nakamura and the far too long run of RR as champ have been my biggest gripes the last year or so.
All in all the product is in good hands I feel.

Women’s Midcard Championships!
It’s needed and way overdue. The NXT Women’s North American championship is the start, we just need some on the main roster so midcarders on RAW and Smackdown have something to boost them up to the main event scene.
I always look at someone like Shotzi and think about the incredible things she’d do with a midcard title and how much it would help her career to become a main event talent through putting on exciting and interesting midcard championship matches!
I'd argue that the roster isn't quite deep enough for this yet. We cycle through the same people every reign as it is. I think we need WWE to start having more feuds in the women's division that aren't over a title. We've started getting a few more recently, such as Becky v Nia and Bianca v Damage CTRL but we need more consistency in that and the tag division before we jump in with another title.
Though, for my money, if we get a midcard title, it should go straight on Chelsea Green
It’s going to get even deeper when people like Cora, Roxane, Gigi, Ariana, Jacy, Thea, Lola and Nikkita move up to the main roster.
The thing for me is that an Indi Hartwell or a Tegan Nox will never be a major champion without a midcard title to boost them up and give them a platform to showcase their talents and show how hard they work.
We do keep cycling through the same women’s talent at the top while there’s great midcard women’s talent that could be great main event talent if given a shot.
I look at Gunther and see what he accomplished with the Intercontinental Championship and wish that sort of groundbreaking development could happen with the women too.

I completely agree with you, but I think WWE need to build the division steadily. It's all well and good bringing all those women up, but we need to establish them all as part of the roster. I think we need maybe a year of just solid feuds with a deep roster (we should also use the tag titles more) before introducing new gold to the picture. Then, when the title is introduced we can settle into good feuds right away
