MJF is pretty much an eventuality, if you listen to popular opinion. The only other one I would like to see out of the ones you posted is Wardlow. He needs the right training in both technical abilities and mic work, but the guy could have a hell of a monster run if he were actually used competently.

Okada would be perfect. All the AEW guys that I'd want to see Okada have a match with already had one. I would like to see a Copeland v Okada, but in WWE he'd have a chance to face some real bangers. Okada v. Cody, Okada v. Roman, if Ricochet goes to TNA there TECHNICALLY couldve been a chance of that too since WWE seems to be on the verge of a TNA collab, Okada v the Rock!
AEW is squandering him by making him a background goon to the EVP's. They aren't even giving him good matches. But that's a common thread for all of AEW.
I feel like everyone else on this list will do great in AEW and see the spotlight they deserve that WWE would never give them.
Although my biggest worry is that they'd keep Okada with his own race. All the face Latinos are in a stable fighting against the heel latinos, and all the asian girls are in the same stable. I'm worried they'd do the same to Okada instead of booking him properly.
Okada is a better wrestler than Nakamura. Just cause Nakamura is japanese as well, doesn't mean their careers would be the same. You are not seeing the bigger picture from a booking perspective. I get the concern, cuz WWE has a bad track record with anyone who isn't white, but there are some good matches that could happen.

Kenny Omega could have been huge like six years ago when the bullet club thing was the hottest angle in wrestling. Nowadays, the only true star I see here is MJF, bringing him in, and he could be the perfect foil for Rhodes for the next five years, kinda like Rollins and Reigns.
Ricky Starks, Wardlow, Powerhouse Hobbs, and MJF would thrive in WWE. Maybe the Gunn's, if WWE puts a renewed focus on the Tag Division.
Personally, I'd like to see what WWE could do with Danhausen, who could do great in NXT.
Hook would be an interesting project, going through NXT.
As far as the women's roster, Anna Jay, Kris Statlander, Skye Blue and Julia Hart could do well working through the PC. Hikaru Shida and Thunder Rosa would be interesting to see in WWE.
Aleister Black, Buddy Murphy, and Rusev might fit in really well in the Triple H era. Everyone else either I haven't heard of, don't care about, or don't think they'd be healthy enough.

Honestly in the short term Buddy Matthews is the best option for the Rhea vs Liv storyline involving Dom. Dom goes with Liv, Buddy returns to WWE with Rhea to Judgement Day. Finn turns on Priest. So much can be done with all that.

Ospreay does have much better promo skills though that would probably elevate him above what they did to Ricochet.

MJF- MJF is a WWE wet dream. He is so damn good at being a character and understanding how to work that character and that’s what WWE does better than AEW. MJF is a damn fine wrestler, and AEW is the better pure wrestling promotion. But if he walked into WWE and won the WWE championship day one, I’d have no complaints because I know you can build a company around that guy and WWE has more to offer him. I want him to have a bigger playground with better characters to interact with more regularly.
Samoa Joe- I want Joe to come get his career sunset in Paul’s WWE. He uses veterans, especially beasts like Joe, so well.
Aleister Black- Dude was already booked well under Triple H.
Mox- A shield reunion would 100% make me cry real tears. I think Jon loves what he’s doing but I also think he’d be creatively happy under Triple H instead of Vince. He’d get his megastar run at the top.
Wardlow- I think WWE is a better fit for him, they know how to utilize big guys better.
Ospreay- Like MJF, I think Will is a great character (on top of being one of the best in-ring performers) and WWE does characters really well. So I’d snap him for team WWE, but I’m cool with him having an AEW run first.

That's a disservice to both miz and MJF. They are similar sure but not interchangeable in any capacity.
