Yes. It's called Stone Cold Stunner. It's halfway in the S section.

It's there but if you already have two finishers that are from the same position (ie standing in front) as it then it won't show up.
How do I change that?
Well in the create-a-moveset, (where it sounds like you already are?) you change one of the 2 “standing in front” finishers to the stunner.
Nope not at all. No stunner anywhere
