See this red icon next to your health/shield totals? Those red icons are debuffs, and this one specifically is a dragon key you left equipped, the hobbled dragon key, which largely reduces your movement speed. Don't worry, we've all been there.

Bleeding + Molt Augmented/Reconstruct + Hunter Adrenaline/Rage + Quick Thinking.
All those stacked as a base build before anything else just lets you seemingly constantly cast whatever you want so long as it's an ability with low casting time.
Just walk in and keep casting until everything is dead. Them hurting you just fuels the pain you dish out, and it only gets stronger until 250 kills in.
Gyres ability to stack crits based on how many electrical procs are out means that constantly casting her 1 and 2 while maintaining her 3 and 4 makes her primary weapons just... gross.

I did the same thing. My go to weapon suddenly was shooting marshmallows. I was asking for help in my clan to look at my build. Someone quickly figured out that I was an idiot and left the key equipped
Well, before they changed it (around Voruna's update I think?) you used to get the full shield cap even with the decaying dragon key, and catalyzing shields wasn't a thing. So people would keep the decaying keys equipped for shield gating purposes.
If you're seeing it now, it could even be returning players who haven't realized that that was changed. I made that mistake a few times when I came back somewhat recently.
There was also a glitch for a while where the one that cuts your damage into a 1/4 would stick even after unequipping. No idea if I still have that bug.

I sat there for a second like “okay I know my Atlas is tankier than this wtf is going on” then it dawned on me that I forgot to remove the Bleeding Key.
Reminder: take off your Derelict Dragon Keys when you are done with Derelicts. Always check before doing a mission.
Funny note: the slow debuff from Hobbled does not affect bullet jumping as much.

Yeah, after a couple missions I discovered they made it harder for me. I didn’t learn about riven mods until 2018. So I didn’t know they correlated with that.
There are 4 dragon keys in total, one reduces speed, one reduces attack, one reduces health and the other reduces shield. You probably have the one that reduces speed equipped.
You've got a Hobbled Dragon Key installed. It acts like a tied handbrake.
When You're aboard Your ship, enter into the Arsenal, then click the segmented wheel icon near the top of the menu to the left. This will allow You to modify Your Gear Wheel. Locate the Dragon Key on the wheel, You may have to scroll through the Wheel either by circling Your cursor around the Wheel or scrolling Your mouse wheel. Once located, simply click the Hobbled Dragon Key and it will uninstall. Finally, spam ESC until You're out of the menus. Your speed is restored; The handbrake is untied.
Forgetting Dragon Keys is the Warframe equivalent of the posts on /r/slaythespire where people ask why their Fairy in a Bottle didn't activate when they have a Mark of the Bloom in their relics.
Check for dragon keys...... made the mistake when I first crafted them of accidentally having all of them on without realizing and was freaking out I messed up the game somehow. Take them out of your gear slots, they are passive gear so simply having them in the gear ring automatically makes them "active".
I'm glad that this has been solved for you. Past that, if you're at a point where you can get or work towards archon shards you can get some major speed boosts with them. Praedos from zariman also gives you a speed boost. Gotta go fast!
As a bunch of other people have said, you have a hobbled dragon key equipped. However. It only reduces sprint speed, so you can bullet jump and roll normally, so you can still rocket fine.

me and my friends used to run all dragon keys with inaros or nidus when farming deimos
I run them all with Titania for speed vault runs. I think she’s the fastest in her 4.

Lol happens more often than you think. I've had players in end game content that forgot to take them off.
Once I accidentally tried doing a Nightmare run with one. All good except it was no shields, I had a bleeding dragon key, and I was running Hildryn.

That's a great build... as long as your frame uses energy. It will do literally nothing on Hildryn

Hobbled was made before Parkour 2.0 was a thing. You'll see that most slows made before then don't affect bullet jumping.
