9 times out of 10 i just drop the 20 plat for them. it's not really reliable to get enough through other methods unless you use a pretty small amount of different equipment/frames.

The most reliable way is to buy them with Nightwave credits. Once you have completed the track to level 30, you'll ONLY earn more credits in subsequent levels, and once you have all the auras and such then Reactors are one of the most useful things to buy.
They will also drop randomly from Sorties and Archon Hunts (very unreliable), from certain Gift of the Lotus events (these run about once per month, sometimes less) or from Acrithis' shop (requires a lot of time invested into playing the Duviri Mood Spiral)
Frankly, the common way to get them is to learn how to farm a small amount of plat and just buy them from the Market. It's not ideal, but it at least allows you to multitask levelling your gear or farming other resources at the same time.
Straight up buying them for plat is absolutely the most ideal *and* reliable way to get potatoes, you can more consistently farm 20 plat than you can get 75 NW creds with how many potential wares out there you could sell

No matter what you choose as a farming method, like Relics, Tyana Pass, Conjunction Survival, Nightwave mods, Syndicate mods/arcanes etc. it’s always gonna be way faster and more consistent than anything else.
Unless you actually *like* playing sorties, I’d advise not wasting time with them, as they’re really not worth it compared to more focused grinds
