I've seen a few people not think of this until they hear Kat in the later audiobooks.
But personally yeah, I always heard their voices in at least German accented English in my head when reading the books.
That annoyed the hell out of me, Kat's German accent out of nowhere. I was under the impression that it was understood they were meant to be all speaking German anyway through Reikspiel, and the different accents (English accents) were representative of regional accents. So to give her a German accent made it like she's from a Germany to Germany.
Technically yea but Iβm going off of the voice acting in both the Games and Audiobooks for the Warhammer Fantasy setting and most if not all speak with English accents so thatβs what I just rolled with π π

I never understood why they did that. Why use German names to butcher them by British people. Maybe butcher is too strong a word.
Billy Connolly as Malakai for that authentic Glaswegian accent
For awhile I had no idea who to cast as Malakai, and it wasnβt until I was watching the 3rd hobbit movie where I was like OMG Bill is perfect π
If I had a nickel for everytime Billy Connoly played a dwarf with a ginger mohawk... but yeah his voice would be perfect for Malakai!
I missed the bit where it said Animation and thought this was for Live Action. Now I want to see a live version with this same cast.
