T14 is a monster at the end of a game. It does much better after the first 5 minutes of a game, when most of the big guns are gone.

agreed, most of the big guns are sometimes open-topped as well, so you won't see them as often in the lategame

The tank is extremely dependant of not meeting opponents of its own BR or even above, due to its ridiculously weak shells, that are on 4.0 level. That tank would deserve to be 4.3 judging by its performance alone. The fact that it has half an actual lineup there but nothing really on 4.7 only reinforces that. It´s a waste of GE in its current rating.

Yes. Basically, I'm very unlikely to die in the Corsair, providing i stay fast. It's almost untouchable on the deck. I'll fly a sortie or two, land and J out repaired on the strip when it's getting towards the business end of the game.

So what’s your secret? I find myself very often chasing (or being chased) during a sortie enemy planes plus the occasional danger of surprise hits by good SPAA players

That tank isn’t even in the marketplace so you literally can’t get it unfortunately. T14 is good but you are using backups or uptiers tanks a whole BR lower because US has such a huge BR gap for some reason

T14, M4A1 76 and a -4 Corsair might do pretty well.

M4A2. You´re still on a disadvantage though. It has the mediocre pen of the T14 but none of the additional armor.

I don’t get the appeal. I guess it likes to randomly bounce side shots but from the front it’s laughably meh. It’s easier to pen than a normie Shermie because of that massive flat spot

The key is to be patient and bait them into bouncing a shot before exposing the weak front of your turret to shoot them.

4.7 was my favorite lineup when it had the M4A1(76), it and the t-14 were king 😭

Notice I said trolly armor. Shots that should kill by hitting the upper part of the upper glacis often non pen (in my experience both playing as the tank and against it). I’m sure it’s something to do with volumetric, I believe the Super Sherman with cast hull also has it.

Jumbo 76s armor is largely irrelevant at a BR where it regularly faces 122s and long 88s. I’m not saying it can’t do well but there’s just nothing it offers over other options at the BR. All its armor is irrelevant against the things it faces and its gun just can’t match up to the competition at 6.3. To say nothing of a full uptier. However, the 75 jumbo at 5.7 is a monster, if used correctly. It can be tricky to use but it really is great.

I find both of them extremely strong. Maybe it’s my playstyle, as I flank with it exclusively and use the armor to prevent any cheeky kills by sneaking around light tanks.

I dont get the T14 love honestly. Its a fat Sherman with the same armor value and an increased hull mg weakspot, all for a ripe price of $12. Not worth it honestly

Basically how I see the T14 is just a very VERY VERY early jumbo

I never know where to shoot those goddamn T14, side cheeks are a trap for my early T-34s

Now that the 76(w) is 5.0, my 4.7 lineup includes the T14, m4a2, m24, m10, m16 (I prefer .50s to 40mm as I find them easier to aim), f4u-4 and the premium p51 for the lols
