There's lots of free DAWs these days, but it's a whole thing you'll need to learn how to do.

I'm fairly sure that Audacity has a feature that will remove vocals from a track. I think the issue used to be that because it basically removed anything panned to the centre then it would also remove drums too. It's been a long while since I've tried it so they may have fixed it since then.
