Well I saw the comment that you aren’t planning to wear socks which is a little on the risky side if you ask me, but I’m an old fuddy duddy about clothes. Otherwise I think it is a very cute dress. The pattern + pleating make it interesting and more than just sun dress. Maybe a cute thin gold chain with small pendant to add a little sparkle?

I think this depends on region/culture/religion. Catholic in the northeast US this is perfectly acceptable for church as-is.
