Bookers would be good, but I'd suggest New Riff first. I like the Rye and the Malted Rye.
Some Wild Turkey or Russell’s Reserve products. Highly suggest Rare Breed or if you can find it Kentucky Spirits with any CN warehouse designation. Maybe some Bardstown. Really like the black label Origin Series Wheated and the Discovery Series #11. Have also been really liking pretty much any of the Green River stuff. If you can get a Shortbarrel Cask Strength Rye that would be a great option as well. I believe they still have some available on their website.

Take an hour drive up to Ironroot republic, do their tasting and I am sure you add at least two of their bottles to the mix.

I'd say get some Penelope in your collection. Their Texas Select is pretty good and I've had a few of their Toasted and have never been disappointed.
