The Factions:
The Cryptmaster - A lich in charge of what's essentially a dungeon. Loaned money from FEC for minor renovations and assumed they could refuse to pay without consequences.
The Frontier Employment Corporation - Company that acts as a combination of an adventurer's guild and Craigslist. Also offers banking, self-storage, and other services depending on location.
Evictioneers - Refers to the various Exterminator and Abductioneer teams that attempted to repossess the property. Didn't succeed, but they made off with quite a bit of loot.
Sapper Corps - The closest thing to an official military incursion. The Sappers didn't bother to enter the dungeon, instead choosing to demolish/excavate portions of the structure and selling artifacts recovered from the rubble.
Liquidators - A number of professional liquidation experts that partnered with an excavation company to breach the lower floors. Managed to capture the phylactery, which was later sold at auction.
