I kinda want to buy it just for the novelty. It reminds me of when I first got Final Fantasy VIII on the PlayStation.
4 whole discs! Wow, so much game!
I bought Koudelka without reading a single review purely because it had 4 disks so must be better than FFVII which only had 3!
I don't think I made it past the 1st disk, it was garbage 🤣
Came here to say this - the good old days of a sense of accomplishment when you hit a major story beat and then got that - 'insert disc 2 now'.
MGS in particular always hit me after that battle with Sniper Wolf. And FFVII.
It was worse on the Amiga, I remember Monkey Island 2 was 12 discs, but every time it asked for a certain disc you knew what area was loading so it was story spoilers lol.
Scrolled down for the monkey island 2 comments, not disappointed. Was there anything on the Amiga that ever had more? I visited a pirate version from a friend, in my excitement while copying disks I did disk 4 in the wrong way around and so we both ended up with leisure suit Larry instead of disk 4. Took me a while to find out too :( Needless to say he was not pleased. Â
Baldur’s Gate 1 came on 5 discs, and switching disc when entering new zones felt exciting somehow, like you had the keys to unlocking this massive, unprecedented world. Also came with a thick, glorious manual. I can still smell it.
We had a Laserdisc player that had 2 lasers so it would "flip" the disc automatically, but with like a 5 second pause (or maybe it was the laser mechanism that flipped). I was a little kid so I thought the player actually flipped the disc over physically, but of course it would have had to be a huge cube for that to work lol.
I've got some old DVDs that are 'flipper discs' as we used to call them - both sides of the DVD have stuff on them. Used to be common for TV shows as you'd double the number of episodes per disc, but I had a film that was chopped in half, you had to flip the disc halfway through to carry on watching.
I’m gonna guess anyone buying this game physically (which includes me) does not care how many discs it comes on. We just like that we get a physical copy
Eh, in the event of global social turmoil, it's still more likely local communities will retain some access to electricity than that the Internet will remain operational.
Yeps.
My understanding is Xbox doesn’t want to pay Sony for the larger capacity discs…sooo shocker, the Xbox version needs more discs. Cool, next non-story hoping to rile up the internet
>My understanding is Xbox doesn’t want to pay Sony for the larger capacity discs
Sony didn't come up with Blu-ray on their own. BDA is getting paid by Xbox.
From my quick google appears not entirely, shared with others. So my previous comment is probably not accurate. Must be another reason they choose not to use the high capacity discs?
the crazy thing is going to be what version ships on the discs, and what patching will be like if you actually play with the discs. I imagine its easier to patch when your only version is straight up digital release.
The discs carry the same data as the download, plus a license. I don't think from the developers or users' perspectives there is any difference when it comes to patching. Since everything is installed anyway, all a disc is is an alternative delivery mechanism for the internet.
Probably it will be 3 data disks that are used only to install the game and the 4th disk will be the "Play disk" that will hold the proper license to let you play the installed game. And people will misplace these disks.
If anyone thinks this is bad, let me tell you about buying a physical copy of GTA V for PC and installing the game via 7 DVDs using Rockstars shit launcher
The last PC game I ever bought physically lol
Could always be worst.
Imagine waiting 6 months for the PC release of GTA San Andreas, confirming a few weeks before your birthday that your mom ordered it. Then the big day comes and you unwrap it in a frantic rush just to discover it was on DVD only and you're still rocking a 32x CD-RW drive
So that's how I convinced my mom that we needed a DVD burner
All games are downloaded onto the hard drive and that’s how they run. Some of them have data which you download to the console and some of them give you the digital downloads. No game runs straight from the disk anymore
I think the last generation that you could truly stay offline was the PS3/360.
Most discs don't even contain the 1.0 of the game these days (especially on Xbox) let alone any patches.
So in essence, a physical release after the game has been patched and updated might be the best idea.
Still not very financially logical for publishers though.
So, yes, in practice what you're saying is true for AAA games. Indies and AA games have enjoyed fully patched version on retail carts or discs for years thanks to companies like LimitedRun, Signature Games, iam8bit, etc.
This is mostly to do with when they release, which BG3 is following thankfully. They're doing a physical release much later so you'll have a more updated/patched version.
I would honestly love if companies adopted this approach. Pay X amount of money for a physical release that is set to come out 6-12 months after the launch date. This could ensure you get a digital copy upfront, and then a physical copy once it ships. Really would be the best of both worlds as physical media enjoyers get their up to date copy that is more patched than the launch version, but also still get to play on time with the rest of the populace.
Nintendo switched back to cartridges and I think this is the right way to go. Even if the cartridge is the size of an SD card, you can easily fit 1 TB worth of SD storage in there. If you allow the thing to be even half the size of a Nintendo 64 cartridge, it will easily fit 16 TB worth of eMMC.
I would be honestly OK with paying a $10-20 premium for a physical copy in this case. Cartridges are far more durable than discs. A good-quality UHS-3 SD card will be slighy faster than the Xbox's 6x speed Blu-Ray player and any eMMC module will run circles around it.
The spot price of a 128 GB module of eMMC is less than six dollars as of writing, so it's not like it would increase production costs by that much.
Interestingly enough, the European release of Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate uses Ultra HD Blu Rays. Still uses 3 of them though, so probably 50gb or 66gb versions
Really great they are going the extra mile to make sure it’s all on disc, but the PS5 version of BG3 only needs 2 discs thanks to PS5 using 100GB UHD Blu-ray’s, is there any good reason why Xbox doesn’t use them?
It should be able to since the series X can play 4K UHD Blu-ray movies, so my guess is Microsoft just being cheap and not caring to improve the physical games on Xbox.
The original Xbox One (VCR) doesn't support them, which is why they had to stick with 50GB for Smart Delivery titles
No idea why Series X only releases can't use UHD Blu-Rays though
No, it's not. The comment I replied to mentions that Xbox One supports these huge 100gb Blu-Rays, which isn't the case for the original model. Nothing to do with BG3
Ms being cheap is likely the case, but not for the reasons you're getting at. I'm fairly sure they use 50gb because the actual driving the series consoles kind of sucks. It's known to have issues when watching 4k movies on a 100gb disc. For example I cannot watch John wick 3 on my series x, it doesn't recognize the disc.
Reminds me of the battle for middle earth 1 and 2. First game had 4 and the second game had 8 discs. Liked how each disk had art work of each faction on a disc.
I’ll take the 4 discs if it means I have a physical game for my shelf.
Ngl I love multiple discs for RPG’s, it’s not like this is some new thing, Final Fantasy games on the PS1 were 4 discs as well. To me, it’s almost a sign of quality.
It felt like an accomplishment, playing games that big. The funny thing of course being a lot of those discs were loaded up with FMVs more than gameplay.
It’s not preferred for me in literally any way.
Hearing that my copy of Baulders Gate is gonna be on four discs and I won’t have to wait weeks to download it makes me so damn happy. I truly am thankful they’re doing a physical for the game otherwise I wouldn’t be able to play it.
3mb DSL is the fastest I get here out of all options.
I can download 1gb per hour if it’s off hours, overnight and nothing else is connected. During the day it slows significantly.
Download speed is only one out of five main reasons I despise digital only though. For a lot of reasons I hate it.
Plus, of course, the four discs are only replacing a download. And only is really useful until the first big update. (Like the 85GB one a couple weeks ago.)
I get why people like to collect discs, but its just silly. If Microsoft goes out of business or the Larian servers aren't running, you won't be able to play the game, anyway.
The mainline Final Fantasy games are really the only games I buy physically anymore and it’s just a novelty. I started with VII but have been purchasing them day one since VIII came out. I think disc rot, flood, theft or fire are a more likely scenario than MS shutting down their servers and by the time that happens, you’ll be able to emulate series x games easily given how far off that day is.
Yeah, I think people tend to forget that Sony -- the *entire company* -- is *half* the size of Microsoft's gaming org. Microsoft is a 3 trillion dollar company, with 7% of its revenue coming from gaming. If you equally allocated that 3 trillion along business lines, that makes Microsoft's gaming business a $216 billion business. Sony -- the entire company -- is a $111 billion business.
Microsoft isn't going away, and neither is their gaming. The risk is *massively* higher that Sony and their digital libraries would -- and, fanboy wishes aside, that *also* will never happen.
It's not the disc drive just the disc type they accept for games. The drive can read all types of Blu-ray discs for movies, for games they decided to opt for normal blu rays only though for some reason.
Are they gonna wait till they've finished the game before releasing the physical version though? If everyone's gonna be downloading massive updates on top of the discs then why not just have a single disc like other huge games do.
They literally could just compress some files better. Fucking Skyrim on Xbox 360 extracted from it's iso file is 3.5GB in size. Devs just have too much freedom these days
Now make it avaiable in stores. That shipping fee is overpriced
Edit: Funny how someone downvoted me for my opinion. In short The physical game itself is more than $70 and with the shipping costs it is even more. I would love to play this game, but fuck that pricing.
20€ for shipping is indeed crazy. At least give people the option to get standard shipping for free. I'm sure most wouldn't mind not having any tracking.
Because it’s not a shipping fee it’s the actual price separated to make you feel better. They wouldn’t sell as many copies if this was sold as the 100€ collectors edition that it is.
That's some stupid BS then. Most people would rather buy an item a bit more expensive but get free shipping than the other way around. A lot of people back out of an order if they see too much shipping being added.
A lot of online stores actually do it the other way around. They raise prices on their products to be able to offer "free" shipping.
>Most physical games
That is not true at all.
MOST include the install files for a workable version of the game to play Offline.
If the game is not 'online required' there is a 95% chance the full install files are included on the disc.
It's infuriating that so many people will repeat a false narrative to the point that shlt 'journalists' will produce articles on their bollox click bait websites to the point that when you google a question all you get is the incorrect information as gospel trial and tested factual knowledge.
I don't personally care for physical besides PS5/Switch exclusives due to resale value, that and I game share so digital is often cheaper even after taking resale value into account. but goddamn regardless of preference, get your facts straight before sharing them.
Completely untrue. The vast majority is on disc completely playable. It's GAAS titles and those that are inherently anti-consumer to begin with that aren't. And they're, luckily, still a minority.
What is the point of this since they'll just make people download massive updates anyway? I miss the days when one could just pop in the disk and play.
Well, damn, was that always a thing? I could swear it was only available on the store for a while. Perhaps this is the wrong subreddit to muse about it. 😅
Reminds me of those olden days when games came on multiple floppy disks. "Insert disk 1...installing..." "Insert disk 2...installing..." "Insert disk 3...installing..."
Anyone remeber ps1 metal gear solid ? Or the final fantasy’s- ff7 was 3 discs ,ff8 was 4 ,ff9 was 4 then we got to the dvd disc era and ffx was 1 , unless you got the collectors that had 2
tbh guys, am i entitled or just stupid about blu ray disc space cause i feel we shouldnt even have 2 disc games for this gen. i dont buy much games tho so it doesnt necessarily affect me, i just find it crazy that games like MK1 or Tekken NEEDS 2 discs. cant they just add the rest through updates if disc space runs out?
Damn! I hope nobody forget to set their xbox to offline mode before installing the game if there's a day-1 patch (and chances are that there will be one).
Remember that the XBox OS install both from the disk, download the patch and install it (as well as verifying the data integrity) at the same time which often takes a LOT longer than installing offline, then patching online. Imagine having to wait for 1-2 hours between disks because of some fix patches being installed along the way
Ah so will this mean all of the entire game will be playable offline just from the disc? Will any patches be preinstalled since this technically is not the actual games launch just it's physical launch?
And I love it. Something about it makes me happy. Reminds me of FF
Maybe because people hate disc cuz they're lazy but I'm surpsied no one attempt to make bigger disc when they realized games were getting bigger
Reminds me of Wolfenstein New Order on my 360. I opened the game and I kept seeing disc after disc. Maybe that was three. Jesus what a banger of a gameÂ
I kinda want to buy it just for the novelty. It reminds me of when I first got Final Fantasy VIII on the PlayStation. 4 whole discs! Wow, so much game!
1988 Pool of Radiance was 8 High Density Floppy disks. I could not fit it all on my hard drive so I was constantly swapping disks.
That was mostly movies and such being spread across the 4 discs. The actual gameplay files were generally just cloned across all of them.
Yes, I know. But child me and adult me thought in two very different ways.
Same with final fantasy 7. That's why the third disc is only about 5% of the story.
I bought Koudelka without reading a single review purely because it had 4 disks so must be better than FFVII which only had 3! I don't think I made it past the 1st disk, it was garbage 🤣
What! You gotta give that one another try! Koudelka was great, as were its sequels; the Shadow Hearts series.
Multi disks games give me that 90s video games vibe
Psx came out in 94...ugh where did 30 years go?
The same place the cartilage in your knees went
I feel this comment.
Accurate
LMAOOOO
Down the drain
Pissed it up the wall

Man that was the worst, especially if you got a ckecksum error or something on a disk
That vibe when disc 8 is corrupt.
FFIX for me!
Man that psycho mantis boss fight to this day is still brilliant. Had young me scared hearing him read my memory card lol
Baldur’s Gate 1 came on 5 discs, and switching disc when entering new zones felt exciting somehow, like you had the keys to unlocking this massive, unprecedented world. Also came with a thick, glorious manual. I can still smell it.
Lol except when you forgot something and had to immediately switch disks back.
I still have all of my PC disks from the original and all of it's iterations after.
urgh. reminds me of monkey island on the amiga....
I have a multi disc version of the movie gangs of New York. I’ve only watched the first part bc I refuse to change discs midway
Laserdisc user checking in. Most everything had to be flipped!
And often had a second disc, too, if the movie was long enough. Stargate owner checked in. 3 sided movies 🤯

Lmao that's so lazy 🤣 If you liked the movie you'd have finished it so I'm guessing there's an element of being bored anyway
FF7 and it's THICC-ass case....
They kinda still were in the 2010s, especially with larger PS3 and Xbox 360 games.
My copy of Final Fantasy 7 was 4 discs. A single install disc, then 3 for the actual story/game. It was awesome getting to the end of the disc.
They sure do. But these coming next-generation consoles should have VBD drives so that games can be up to 200TB.
I’m gonna guess anyone buying this game physically (which includes me) does not care how many discs it comes on. We just like that we get a physical copy
I've already downloaded it, the physical copy is only so I can play after society collapses.
Bold of you to assume you’ll have electricity
I assume nothing. But better to be looking at it then looking for it.
Eh, in the event of global social turmoil, it's still more likely local communities will retain some access to electricity than that the Internet will remain operational.
100%. I wouldn't care if it was 10 discs
How about 40,000 floppies?
It would be fun as a novelty if you had a boat load of space for some reason
Yeps. My understanding is Xbox doesn’t want to pay Sony for the larger capacity discs…sooo shocker, the Xbox version needs more discs. Cool, next non-story hoping to rile up the internet
They don't want to pay Technicolor (who presses the discs) for BD-66 or BD-100s, so they use BD-50s.
>My understanding is Xbox doesn’t want to pay Sony for the larger capacity discs Sony didn't come up with Blu-ray on their own. BDA is getting paid by Xbox.
Does Sony own the rights to the Ultra HD disc format?
From my quick google appears not entirely, shared with others. So my previous comment is probably not accurate. Must be another reason they choose not to use the high capacity discs?
I mean Xbox still gives a very small percentage for every blu ray & blu ray disc drive sells. It’s only cents but still, every damn unit
Word. Just want physical games. It could be 5 idc
the crazy thing is going to be what version ships on the discs, and what patching will be like if you actually play with the discs. I imagine its easier to patch when your only version is straight up digital release.
once its installed I doubt you have to worry about messing with the discs just for patch updates. never did before.
The discs carry the same data as the download, plus a license. I don't think from the developers or users' perspectives there is any difference when it comes to patching. Since everything is installed anyway, all a disc is is an alternative delivery mechanism for the internet.

lmao, mix CDs in jewel cases anyone?
You're talking to somebody who had a 2x CD burner when they were still close to a grand. 35 to 45 minutes to burn a mixed CD was lots of fun
Those were some days 😌
7 DVDs and your only 50% done, you still need to download the 50Gb of Online MTX afterwards
At least the PC launch had $500,000 to start for your multiplayer character lol
Cant wait for PC's GTA VI release on DVD discs
Download the game via the Xbox app and play using the play disc to avoid having to put 4 discs into the drive.
"Avoid" dude I'm buying this specifically so I can chain install something with a ton of cds like its a copy of The Sims 3 for pc and it's 2009.
*laughs in monkey Island on the Amiga*
Laughs in wolfenstien 3d and the the briefcase full of floppies it entailed.
There's no way to properly articulate how happy this thread makes me lol.
Perhaps you need to install more language options on a second disc?
Pool of Radiance. Apple IIC. Something like 10 floppy discs to install. Also a code breaker wheel was required. BEST OF TIMES.
WoW 2004 vibes
Me with Black Ops III on PC on 6 DVDs, comes with a Steam code but I still use the discs every time.
Can't wait for the CD rom to sound like a V8 revving
I can’t even fit 4 discs in the drive.
😂
So THIS is what the mid gen refresh is for!!!!
I thought digital download and disc install were considered two different files. I did not know you could do this, thank you.
On Xbox they are not. If you buy a game physically but then later buy it digitally, you can play it off the same install.
Kinda defeats the purpose of physical though.
Not when you have the physical copy still. This is called convenience at this point.
Convenience is going all digital. I have just a few physical games and I curse each time I have to swap them out.
It’ll be more convenient digitally when the consumer has full ownership rights of their copy of a game.
Even for physical you don't have full ownership - you're just buying a license to use the software.
except you can install it offline and play, meaning you do own it since no license has to be checked
All games are downloaded onto the hard drive and that’s how they run. Some of them have data which you download to the console and some of them give you the digital downloads. No game runs straight from the disk anymore
Not really because in the future you can still install from the disc if you dont have internet. This is just the best of both worlds

It might not have all the patches released from once its gone gold, but in this scenario the game will be pretty up to date on the disc.

Aww the memories! Just like bg2 haha
Maybe they could give a release date for the physical version. Q1 is almost over.
Xbox version has slipped back slightly and is expected to ship first week of April. Other versions on the 25th March.
Where did you hear that?
Trust him bro
Why does the idea of 4 discs make me want the physical more?
[удалено]
Scratches don’t really matter for blu rays as much as they did for DVDs & CDs
Why don't they just use 100GB bluray?
Xbox's discs are still using 50gb discs thats why
Nintendo switched back to cartridges and I think this is the right way to go. Even if the cartridge is the size of an SD card, you can easily fit 1 TB worth of SD storage in there. Wait did this game also come out on the Xbox one? Jesus Christ that thing needs to be left behind already
No, it's not. The comment I replied to mentions that Xbox One supports these huge 100gb Blu-Rays, which isn't the case for the original model. Nothing to do with BG3
Ah my mistake! Was incredibly shocked for a moment
They seriously could not find one thing around 500mb that no one would really notice?
And the game probably have unused files that could be removed
the internet would notice sooner or later. than completely bitch about it and pretend its the worst thing that ever happened
I’m sure some would yah.
Or even compressing some audio files could have helped.
Then someone would’ve noticed, then complained about how bad the audio is.
Maybe by then you can finally fix the UI Overlay while playing Coop.
I have a physical copy of Cyberpunk 2077 and that has 3 discs, so what's one more disc? I prefer physical media and I'll take 4 discs over digital.
So it'll be 4 discs, then require a 20gb update anyways.
Not if you’re in offline mode. The game will come complete on the discs, but you can avoid downloading patches.
I hope it comes with like a 50-page manual.
oof. And people wonder why digital is preferred.
4 discs actually make it special for collectors. If Xbox used the 100gb Blu-rays like Sony it would only be 2 discs though.
Im more pumped its multiple disks. Purely nostalgic! Love it.
Reminds me of the battle for middle earth 1 and 2. First game had 4 and the second game had 8 discs. Liked how each disk had art work of each faction on a disc.
Wait Xbox isn’t Blu-ray these days?
No it is but it’s not the ultra high capacity that the ps5 uses
I'm genuinely curious. Didn't Xbox used blu ray already, since the Xbox One?
Yes, but they use the older dual layer 50 GB discs for games, not the newer 100 GB discs
Can the Series X not play UHD movies on the 100GB discs?
I’ll take the 4 discs if it means I have a physical game for my shelf. Ngl I love multiple discs for RPG’s, it’s not like this is some new thing, Final Fantasy games on the PS1 were 4 discs as well. To me, it’s almost a sign of quality.

What kind of internet speeds do you have that 100 something gigs takes weeks to download. Dial up.
3mb DSL is the fastest I get here out of all options. I can download 1gb per hour if it’s off hours, overnight and nothing else is connected. During the day it slows significantly. Download speed is only one out of five main reasons I despise digital only though. For a lot of reasons I hate it.
Same issue here. Fast during off hours. But slow during peak hours. Some games takes 3 to 4 days to download.
probably satellite. I had AT&T for the longest time and my download was .5 to 2 mbps and the internet was down most of the time anyways.
Exactly the opposite for me. I love discs and hate digital. Finish a story section and put a new disc in. Feels so good
Literally everyone knows why most people prefer digital. No one wonders that.
Plus, of course, the four discs are only replacing a download. And only is really useful until the first big update. (Like the 85GB one a couple weeks ago.) I get why people like to collect discs, but its just silly. If Microsoft goes out of business or the Larian servers aren't running, you won't be able to play the game, anyway.
If Microsoft goes out of business, it probably means the world has ended. They have more money than God at this point.
Does the game require a connection to Larian? I thought you could play it offline?

Microsoft isn't going away, and neither is their gaming. The risk is *massively* higher that Sony and their digital libraries would -- and, fanboy wishes aside, that *also* will never happen.
Because Microsoft screwed up by cheapening out on their discs compared to the competition? That's not the customers fault.
It's not the disc drive just the disc type they accept for games. The drive can read all types of Blu-ray discs for movies, for games they decided to opt for normal blu rays only though for some reason.
What the hell are you talking about?
That's a lot of discs. At that point I would probably just download it with the mobile app and then put in the final disc to play
Who cares, doom was on 9 floppys. At least we still owned it when we bought it
THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING Can we get an official teaser on D:OS3? 😋
Its only 125 gb pc install. What the hell?
Who uses discs in 2024
I originally read that as 500GB over the limit and the crazy part was with how bloated games are I believed it at first.
That’s absurd.
But why? Visually it looks like ass.
They just need to get rid of physical games. The whiners will get over it eventually
Now make it avaiable in stores. That shipping fee is overpriced Edit: Funny how someone downvoted me for my opinion.
But now they can advertise this as cheaper than it actually is. On the surface it only looks like it’s $10 more than the normal digital version.
Considering that "retail" in this case is only Larian, whatever.
Can this game be played offline? Trying to find games I don’t always need a connection as sometimes it can be quite bad.
Yes, especially because of this
Cool that it’s playable from the disc. Most physical games these days are just license keys and require the download
That's not true
>Most physical games That is not true at all. MOST include the install files for a workable version of the game to play Offline. If the game is not 'online required' there is a 95% chance the full install files are included on the disc.
I swear this misinformation is on this sub only to make people complacent with digital only.
500MB over....? Surely compression could have dealt with that?
I'd probably buy the game again if a disc version came out for the PS5.
The disc version is available for PS5 as well as the Series consoles.
Most Devs would give you One Disc and let you download the rest.
At what point does selling Harddrives built for a single game as physical media stop sounding crazy?
Anyone remeber ps1 metal gear solid ? Or the final fantasy’s- ff7 was 3 discs ,ff8 was 4 ,ff9 was 4 then we got to the dvd disc era and ffx was 1 , unless you got the collectors that had 2
You can pre-install with the xbox app :) I'm just waiting on my physical copy. Release it already!
Don’t see a problem with 4 discs
tbh guys, am i entitled or just stupid about blu ray disc space cause i feel we shouldnt even have 2 disc games for this gen. i dont buy much games tho so it doesnt necessarily affect me, i just find it crazy that games like MK1 or Tekken NEEDS 2 discs. cant they just add the rest through updates if disc space runs out?
Imagine having to wait for 1-2 hours between disks because of some fix patches being installed along the way
Just like Lost Odyssey for Xbox 360. Both are RPG too.
But this is only relevant for installing the game right?
The suicide squad game has 45mb on its disc and all online download why not just do that?
Ah so will this mean all of the entire game will be playable offline just from the disc? Will any patches be preinstalled since this technically is not the actual games launch just it's physical launch?
And I love it. Something about it makes me happy. Reminds me of FF Maybe because people hate disc cuz they're lazy but I'm surpsied no one attempt to make bigger disc when they realized games were getting bigger
Reminds me of Wolfenstein New Order on my 360. I opened the game and I kept seeing disc after disc. Maybe that was three. Jesus what a banger of a gameÂ
As someone who purchased the cd version of baldurs gate 1 when it first came out, im having a flashback I never thought I'd have.
Digital it is then
