I just went to one of the many bricks and mortar stores on my uni campus instead. I was even interviewed about Napster by the local news while browsing in a music store once. I told them essentially the same thing - "I'm here shopping for things I heard and enjoyed through Napster. In my case it's increasing record sales."
Audio galaxy, anyone? It has the "satellite" feature where you could que downloads from any browser and it would download to your home computer. So handy while at work circa y2k.
