Ahh, apply everything before sunscreen wet onto wet. Wait for your moisturizer to be dry to the touch (tacky is okay as well!! Just not all slippy and slidey) and then apply sunscreen. Applying everything wet onto wet makes sure everything is actually penetrated into the skin esp when it comes to anything with hyaluronic acid. Applying it to damp skin is like a delivery system to get the product absorbed.
Edited to add: if you have sunscreen in your moisturizer then apply like a regular moisturizer. But I am a fan of and promote using separate products so each can do their job optimally.
I believe it’s her bone structure! She seems to have a poorly developed maxilla so she has these sunken eyes bc the maxilla is set back a bit and she doesn’t have support from her bones to “prop up” her under eyes. The reason I believe that is bc she had the under eyes situation in her pics they showed from when she was in HS (and prob couldn’t afford MLM lash serum! Lol)
And the lash serum is prob what makes her lid skin kind of transparent and it can also cause dilated capillaries (the little red veins on her lid).
