A wood sided caboose? Dude they haven’t made those things in over 60 years. They are probably storing them to refurbish them. If not, I’d love to purchase one and turn it into a house!
I doubt they’re going to refurbish anything this place is hit and forgotten about but maybe, it would be very cool
