The best thing you can do for your kids is to take care of yourself. If you’re happy and relaxed they will pick up on it and feel the same way! Take that shower and see if your mom can handle bed time tonight. Have a shower and spend tomorrow morning with your kids feeling refreshed! Kids love grandma time anyway 🥰

Thank you! My mom didn't hesitate to watch my youngest as my oldest is already asleep lol and it felt so good! I got a good cry in, and even washed my hair which I haven't done in like over a week because I hate dealing my 3C curls. But I feel so much better. It just seems like thus postpartum period is lasting a bit longer than I like 🙃
