Hi! Better to take pain meds (Dolfenal,etc) prior to the procedure. For aftercare naman, you're not allowed to take a shower after the procedure for 12 hours. After that okay na. But you can put moisturizer if you want.

I’ve started getting mine done last year (I was getting sugaring treatments before), and it’s such a game changer. Now, I only get it done every 3-4 months, now the hair down there is as thin as the hair on my arms. When I get it done it takes months for it to grow back, and it’s a lot thinner. I also don’t get ingrown hair, plus the pain is much less than with waxing/sugaring.

Around 10 sessions once a month, and then now I just get it every 3-4 months. Laser hair removal isn’t really permanent, but there’s a huge decrease in hair growth/density.
