The screenshot shows you're pushing in only 22 MFT/t. The SPS can handle up to 200 MFE/t.
Are you being limited by the cables you're using? Not sure on your set up for your reactors or what they are producing
You say you have fusion, but fusion in full on D-T Input mode generates 200 MRF. Are you running it in that mode?
The Mekanism wiki tells you what you need. Something like 55 heavy water pumps, 6 max height (and heated) thermo thingy towers, a bunch of solar neutron activators (actual amount varies by biome and weather), and a handful of other machines.
Before I lit up my max power fusion reactor my SPS was stuttering (which, to be fair, looks and sounds kinda cool). Now it out-paces my fission reactor's waste output.

If you want to water cool your fusion reactor you need around 5 max sized turbines and don't forget to still get the energy from the fusion reactor directly
Because with a maxed fusion reactor you'd need 5 turbines to make the max amount of energy and to utilize all of the steam without building up or dumping.
How much power do you make with just one? Because Air cooled without water or turbine is 200MFE
With all 5 Turbines you can make 430MFE from one reactor
wait what do u mean with water cool? are we talking about the reactor u shoot the laser in to start it? the atm quest book never said smth about cooling

Personally i think it's easier to scale the production and make a second one if you need more energy fir the SPS. Max input of the SPS is 400MFE/t so just for that you need two maxed DT fuel powered, air cooled fusion reactors

What I did is kind of weird. I just built an entire hyperbox full of nitro reactors auto supplied with the resources from my ae2 system. Then just built the mekenism induction matrix. Stored 100tfe. Took a little while. But with 27 nitro reactors I was able to make that much in about 5 days of just leaving it running. And max extract using flux plugs directly to the induction matrix. 6.3mrf/t stored it all. Then when I was ready to get my anti matter I just hooked 2 flux plugs to the induction matrix turned off limit on both. Connected 2 flux points on the sps. And just let it drain. Max output on my induction matrix is 1gfe. So easy enough to max power the sps.
Try ethylene based power system it's less likely to irradiate and kill you and it's also with my setup fully self sufficient I mean no work or intervention required with just 3 gas burning generators burning ethylene it can power my auto miner pulling 177K FE/t easily also the energy density of it is insane ethylene has 11.28K FE/mb with the generator itself able to hold 18,000 MB not including t7he pressurized tubes natural capacity. Also it uses biofuel to make ethylene which is anything plants an auto melon farm will provide power forever as each slice alone gives 3 bio fuel and each bio fuel processed makes 100mb of ethylene. I have a whole generator setup I use that is mantinence and input free and can max output with my 8 generators. 577,530 FE/t and you can compact a system like this with 8 generators into one chunk easily I'm sure. Give ethylene a try it's a lot safer than a reactor lol.

my reactor is now making the 200m/t but its always at 400/400. how to i get it out? i use the best mechanicsm pipes but they only have 3.27 m/t?
Flux plug wth disabled (or stupidly high) limit. Then do the same with a Flux point wherever you want to use the power.
dont active the laser thing with redstone until its fully charged

I just watercooled the fusion and built a big ass turbine running right to the sps
