CarToons was a huge part of my life growing up. Crass and Bernie always told me to "Keep it neat!" I drew every "How to draw.." in every issue I had. Your drawing just brought so many good memories back to me. Awesome work dude, thank you for posting. PS Shawn Kerri was always my favourite. I've always been an avid drawer, and I've always drawn nothing but cars.
Ed's drawings used to cover my walls, lockers and anything else I could put them on. This is amazing work, and brought me back to memories my old man and grandpa. Thank you for that nostalgic trip
AMC represent! Thank you for this.. as a former Nash and AMC owner, always dreamed of having a 69 Hurst SCRambler.. while Big 3 is cutting ties and funding to racing teams, leave it to AMC; from the factory, purpose-built (and painted with Option A or Option B - red, white, and, blue), from dealer lot, to the track, and pull a 1/4 mile in 13 sec@100+ mph, on street tires.. (granted, those polyglas were melted after 2 runs; but that wicked ear-to-ear grin, and that tear in the corner of the eyes: priceless)
I follow you on Instagram. I'm old school too. Steadtlers aha Rapidographs!
I like lots of digital art, but organic analog has something you cannot replicate.
Cool AMX!

Question - I have a RatFink picture buried somewhere that I bought as a kid in the early 70s
Probably 4x6 plus the Frame pretty sure itโs original ink on art board -
My question is it worth digging out ? I always loved it but the wife is not a fan -
Is there any money in the older pieces like this ??
Love it, love it! Im 68. You could get plastic Ratfinks out of gumball machines. Gradeschool Nuns hated it. Also, loved the Ed " Big Daddy Roth car models
This is the closest I got [here](https://www.artofthomasestrada.com/product-page/original-plymouth-fury-11x14-illustration)
.
I can do a custom piece for you also! Message me
I would buy this as a tshirt. An iron on diy version would be super old school
I was going to say the same thing. I'd definitely buy that T shirt.
Didn't the old magazine "CARtoons" magazine have an iron-on in every issue?
I see a LOT of George Trosley in that drawing.
Yep! The same way you'd find influences of Peter Millar in Trosley's work ๐
