The shaven head makes you look uglier than when you have hair. You're kind of looking like a skinhead, which I'd recommend avoiding. Otherwise, you're not an ugly kid.
Okay, you think i am that ugly with shaved head? I kind of like it shaved like some days ago nice in summer and don’t have to worry about the hair. I wanted to let it grow out a bit and maybe try out like an buzz cut maybe i grow my hair back when summer is over.
Nothing wrong with trying out different things. I just personally think the shave doesn't suit you. Buzz might be good. Who knows. The nice thing is hair grows back (unless it just falls out).
Nah, you're not ugly. You're still just a kid, so try not to be harsh on yourself. You'll continuing maturing for at least another 5 years. Put healthy, maintainable practices into place now. That's great that you're hitting the gym, but don't obsess over it. Make sure to eat clean and healthy - clean proteins, tons of veggies. Drink lots of water and avoid sugary drinks. Take care of your skin and teeth. Get plenty of sleep. Reduce your screen time and take up things that make you a better person - not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and socially. Be compassionate to all.

not bad looking i would just grow out the hair. also facial hair does wonders. i feel like i could see you rocking a mustache in the future. and make sure to stick to a skincare routine!!
I think you look your age personally. I think your former haircut made you look younger. I would keep experimenting with hair cuts. Short and spikey is a decent style. Not ugly. Keep at it. Here if you need more advice

Looked better with hair. I would really recommend growing your hair back out and keep the sides short but not shaved. Save the shaved head for the balding years haha.
Try different styles even just don't go bald. All I can think of is some Russian crackhead or a Minecraft villager. Both are not great looks to copy. Other then that you look fine. Maybe smile more
Not sure about the baldness. I'm 38 with a full head of hair. Also you seem kind of a chav. Each yo thier own. All I will say is get some hair on your head. Not ugly, but not attractive.

Chav may be wrong. Just the clothes you've got on and the baseball cap. I had a phase when I had a similar look to you back in the early 2000s. As I say no insult intended. We've all got our own style and that's good.

I had that before i did do fade on the sides and cut the hair abit so not to long but i will maybe try like an buzz cut before.
