Middle Way Cafe has excellent breakfast and brunch. Lunch is okay. All are well labeled and I trust their GF foods and haven’t had any reactions. I had the GF pizza from Moose’s Tooth and it wrecked me.
I have celiac disease, and I’d second the middle way cafe recommendation. I’ve had reactions from moose’s tooth, but it’s a pizza place so I get it. I also like glacier brewhouse. Most of the staff know proper precautions from my experience.
That's what happens when the crust requires 6 different versions of oil and edible glue to hold together the gluten-free "crust." Also, tapioca pudding is a weird ingredient for pizza??
Pepper’s Palate is a gluten free baker in town! Follow her IG for what market she’s selling at. She also does custom orders. She can (and sometimes does) dairy free as well.

Maybe Preference since it's a vegan restaurant. You could also try El Green Go's. They have vegan options and maybe gluten free as well!
Surprised no one's mentioned Organic Oasis yet. Simple but good. Middle Way is probably the best we have otherwise.
