My most ancient recipes come from the early 1900s admittedly, but if you want any traditional Greek recipes from my Cordon Bleu grandfather and grandmother, let me know! They're in 4 or 5 languages, but I can translate, although the Ottoman weight measurements in a couple confused us, we did figure it out! Not tooting my own horn here, but one lady made my Moussaka and even her aubergine hating children loved it. Some secrets I can't share, but most I can!
