Cowboy Bebop is fantastic. Highly recommended, even if Faye is a bit scantily clad.
Ascendance of a Bookworm is really good and has no fanservice at all.
You might want to check out Golden Kamuy. (My wife and I are in our 70s and we both like it -- it gets pretty violent and I can't say it is totally free of sexual references, but this is pretty minor overall).
Hi deDoohd, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

**I** was going to suggest **ID: Invaded.** It's a nice series following detectives pursuing murderers into their very own minds. However, it has also episodes & cases with VERY sad endings, and some shocking scenes.
OMG! for a 52 year old huh?
week 1, MONSTER
week 2 Death note
week 3 Moriarty the Patriot
thriller week ends
week 4 Oshi no Ko
week 5 Erased
week 6 ghost in the shell
Drama week ends
week 7 Kingdom
Sorry run out of more options yaknow finding anime wihtout fanservice is really hard.

I think Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood doesn't have too much fanservice-y stuff like that, and might be a good rec for you guys
The weakest tamer has begin her journey of picking up trash. Your lie in April.
