Levi is the most badass. No special powers, he's just a human but his name alone strikes fear into the hearts of titan shifters. Someone once likened the titans to basically "flesh mechs." Imagine a mecha anime like Gundam or Code Geass and the most feared warrior on the battlefield isn't the best mech pilot but some fucking foot soldier who dismantles mech after mech using a pair of swords.
Boji is next. Not only does he not have special powers, he actually has physical disabilities and yet he overcomes these and his age to become one of the best warriors in the land though he falls just short of being the very best.
I'm unfamiliar with the assassin classroom kid, he might be more badass than I'm aware but the rest have powers to work with. Not to say that they never face opponents stronger than them, but at least they're generally working with the same power system as their opponents.
To your perspective on imagine the mech situation, check out an anime called Samurai 7. It's a fun watch and has exactly that with real mechs getting sliced by humans without mods, some great battle scenes as well.

Specifically, the Ackerman line has the ability to access the strength and speed of the titans without shifting. They are also the only subjects of ymir who were immune to the will of king fritz.
They served king fritz purely of their own volition while also acting as a sort of check in the case that the founder was being misused

Ed has got to take the cake here. Dude fist fought a living god with metal scraps embedded in his arm, and kicked the ever loving shit outta him. Yeah vegeta is cool, Levi is cool, theyāre all cool, but Ed went from a kid trying to bring his mom back to being a man who fought monsters, survived in an alternate dimension, befriended royalty, all while being an amputee.
I feel like Vegeta and Levi who are the only adults besides Mel. The rest are supposed to be younger and can still grow or have actual reasons beyond genetics for being short while these two are legitimately just short guys in their prime.
Iām gonna go with Nagisa because no other person, on this list at least, ever traumatized and made grown men cry the way he did. Like, sure, there were plenty of moments of humiliation and embarrassment but the look of sheer desperation and sudden fear that appeared on anyone facing Nagisa was priceless.
Gotta give it to my boy Boji.
Unlike the most of these guys who are either a full on different race or just built different on purpose, Boji was born with less than nothing regarding him deaf, a very small person, and a total weakling, which must have been especially jarring for everyone else considering his father was the strongest. Given he only became the strongest after sacrificing Bojiās strength for himself before he was even concieved.
All that and Boji STILL beats him when they eventually fight. Not to mention he becomes a fully capable person just on sheer effort alone.
Honestly I am going to have to go with Bojji. No other character had me cheering for him to win in a situation you know he is going to win anyways as much as he did
