Bro if scamming was bannable 90% of the community would be banned. Like the point of the game is to be an anarchy, also it's not hard at all to not get scammed. Also what the guy did isn't even scamming, he has a right to steal the plot
yeah, but also "think fast" free item scams, removing windows to shoot, "pay first" scams, killing when someone sticks their hand through a window scams, blatant overpricing scams, killing right after selling scams, stealing a plot scams, asking for money for a plot but not giving it scams, fake Scar/mp scams (using battle rifle or an smg), casino scams, and many more exist in the game. Which some should be bannable imo.
yeah, what i do sometimes is i'll buy a crate of hypers and put them in the streets of arway, someone usually blows it up within 10 minutes, easy 10k profit

Realistically it's an anarchy server, scamming is part of life in games with no rule, you can't deal with it then that's kinda just on you sadly
