Job satisfaction is individual, just cause you're miserable doesn't mean others can't make the best out of what they have. No job is truly important, it's only as important as you perceive it to be, so don't be too hard on them for trying to feel in control of their attitudes

I am being serious. How should someone behave like how they get paid? I mean, should someone, who makes minimum wage, not take safety seriously in a job? Would that be "behaving their wage"?
I work a minimum wage secondary part time job delivering things. Should I just drive like a maniac and however I want because I make minimum wage?
I am all for people who do make minimum wage to put minimum effort into their job. But effort is the keyword there. There still has to be an effort put in to do the minimum amount to make sure it gets done without causing someone else to do work. Otherwise, you are doing less than minimum effort and just don't want to work there.
If that is the case, don't work there and go somewhere else. That is the whole point of what people are doing now. They don't want to put up with substandard pay and the like so they move onto a job that will give them better pay, benefits, working conditions and the like.
If other people walking around like they have self worth bothers you maybe you should work on your self worth
