Looking good! What's the size? And how many thousands of dollars are we looking at in the second picture?

Comprehensive-Cap672

Both tanks are 80 liters, the second tank has 8 L46's and have produced 3 groups of young already!

owner-of-the-univers

Pretty awesome! Congrats.

Comprehensive-Cap672

Thank you!

Needs more poop

Comprehensive-Cap672

Haha i clean every two days!

Botboy141

Love em. I've never owned a pleco but certainly planning a 40 breeder at some point.

Comprehensive-Cap672

I really love them, off course you dont see them all day but when the lights go out the plecos become toplay and feed!!

nodesign89

Looks great, very similar to my set ups but i include sand

Comprehensive-Cap672

How much sand do you have in your tank?

Kisski9819

What plants are those in the first picture?! BTW your tanks look great!

Comprehensive-Cap672

Those are just regular waterlilys, Thank you!

An0nym0us-100

I don’t want to sound rude at all because i know like nothing about plecos but like what would some of this stuff do for them like ik the wood they eat at but the other stuff? like decor or to play with or just easy hiding stuff just generally curious

Comprehensive-Cap672

The plecos are very expensive, the more you put in your tank the bigger the risk that it takes some bacteria or other bad stuf in your tank. Or it can change your water parameters quick and there is a risk they die. Thats why there is not to much in the tank but still enough for me.

An0nym0us-100

Completely understand it’s still a really pretty tank

Comprehensive-Cap672

Thank you!

AbsurdistWordist

Your little structures make it look like you’ve trained your plecos to do fish agility or some sort of circus act. I love your little yellow plant pots. They look like laundry baskets.

AdamTheAnimator2

Needs sand 4+ inches

tr_w

I can’t tell if this is troll or not lmao

Comprehensive-Cap672

Thats a lot of sand to clean!

AdamTheAnimator2

Why would you clean it?

Acala_k

Love all the hiding and breeding spots

leo_the_lion6

Doesn't a lack of substrate stress fish out? Like from the reflection?
